I popped in again for more info on hot tub covers (which I have for the last year procrastinated on!). This time Max helped me out and he provided the exceptional customer service I've come to expect from this place.We did buy the top this time, because max is an excellent salesman who gave us very nice incentives for the purchase, oodles of great tips and tricks, and lots of zen feelings walking out the door.The cover delivery has a six-week lead time, and the price tag is not necessarily easy to palate, but faster and cheaper cannot compensate against the sense of confidence I have in my investment through this small business supplier.

Quick to sell you a spa but if there is an issue watch out. I had a front panel buckle a year after it was sold and it's no longer covered by a warranty. It will cost over $300 so I ordered one several months ago and it never came in. Now I am being told I should call another story because they probably are dealing with it even though this is the only store I have worked with

Instead of 2 months it took almost a year to get our swim spa. Add to that it took another couple of months to get our steps so that we could get into our spa even though it appears they were here in the warehouse for some time. Make sure you are aware of all the surprise delivery and installation costs. Maybe we'll enjoy it some in the winter, but it does not cool down sufficiently to use in the summer. Communication with the store rep was mixed at best, with partial and incomplete messaging. The rep had not heard of any chillers, even though they are available (see below). I would expect the rep to know about these issues. Tried to contact American Whirpool, but their website has no contact info and the only phone number I could find did not answer. I would like to respond to the owner- no this was 100% not confused with another store. This was the store we entered and where we were ignored. There were salespeople standing there and ignored us. False response by owner trying to save reputation. If anything own it and say you'll do better.

Carol at Caldera is fantastic. Customer service minded! She's knowledgeable about the products, is always able to answer our questions and even after purchase is great about helping us understand how to maintain our spa with the chemicals.

Purchased an American Whirlpool from Caldera and have had no end of difficulties. The main problem is that the spa has a defective circuit board (very difficult to determine) and Caldera was of no help finding someone that could service the spa. The spa has a 5 year warranty for parts, which is good,,but so far it has taken 18 months and $400 in service charges to identify the problem. Nothing relaxing about this experience so far!

September 16, 2018 I went to this store to look at spas for my home. I found one I wanted, ordered and paid for it in full. I was told that it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. I objected and was told that the one I wanted could be on the delivery truck right then. Interestingly, my son called a week later to check on arrival and was told that each spa was made to order based on what the customer wanted. To get any updates, I had to call - no one from the store would call me to let me know where my paid for spa was. Finally on 10/5/18 I called and was told it had been shipped on 10/3. I was not asked if I was ready for delivery on 10/11. I was not as a concrete pad had to be poured and rain had prevented that. The spa was delivered on 10/18. When delivery unwrapped it - it was not the spa I ordered. I had my electrician here to connect it too. After several calls to the manager, Shane, I decided to keep the one that was delivered with the understanding that I would find out why this mix up occurred and that I would receive compensation. To date, Dec.11, I still have no explanation as to why this happened other than - oh, they don't sell that model anymore. I think there should be more of an explanation and why was I not told the day I ordered it or even a few days later. Apparently, according to Shane, the salesperson,Carol, did not know. When I spend $7000 on a unit, I would expect a more thorough explanation as to what has happened. I STILL DON'T KNOW. To Shane's credit, he has provided me with SOME additional chemicals at no cost. I bought my hot tub in April but waited to post a review so I could be completely honest. I love my hot tub! I had gone to another place in town and they were very condescending and tried to sell me something I didn't even want. I left and went to Caldera the next day. I was greeted amicably by Carol and she treated me with respect and listened to my needs. It's the perfect spa for me at the price that was in my budget. Set up went smoothly and months later I have no regrets.
