"If I had a vintage store (someday!?) I would want it to be something like this. You feel a bit transported when entering the blocky new building (how did those developers think that matched El Vado?) into a warm, colorful, maximalist shop. Good range of vintage...probably more 60s-80s than anything else, but there is definitely some earlier stuff and some newer items as well. Good pieces from all eras. Lots of clothes and some decorative and home goods as well. Prices seemed fair. I look forward to going back and exploring!"
"I really like this place. In town on vacation and stopped in. Got 2 shirts for $8 each. And a nice sweater for 12"
"What a fun store to browse! We just walked by it and we couldn't resist, the decor was too funky! They have a bit of everything, it's big, from clothes, western attire, boots, cool posters, home decor. Decent condition, prices are a tad high.It is a cool store to explore, with unique items, one of a kind. Glad we stopped by!"
"You can't have a better experience shopping in a vintage store than the experience you'll have here! The owner or manager was so nice to my grandson that I'll stop in here every time we are in town from now on! After looking at every single thing in the place, he finally landed on a roadrunner bolo tie that he fell in love with. There are so many interesting items here, you'll surely find something to fall in love with, too!"
"This is a magnificently curated shop with a range of items including gifts, fragrances, plants, furniture, home decor, jewelry, self care items and lots of delightfully curated vintage items. It is definitely worth a visit to find wonderful gifts for someone else or for yourself!"
"Super fun place to look around and find some interesting things. I think the movie props they have for sale are cool (mostly clothes). There are SO many things to look at and SO many rooms!! I honestly can't wait to go back. The guys that were working there were nice, one tho seemed to be on his phone the whole time we were there, maybe he was on a lunch break but he was still sitting at the front desk?? I don't know and don't really care, just thought it was odd. The other guy working was awesome! He helped everyone out, answered questions, helped with the jewelry counter and everything. A+ for him. I only give this a 4 start for the fact that some things were crazy expensive, yes I know it's not a thrift store, but it's not new items either. A lot was reasonably priced but not all, with that being said, they do have sales on certain items during the week. Have fun! We will be back to explore again!"
"Friendly staff and full of vintage items. Lots to see and great variety of unique items. Found mid-century to true antique style. Prices are very reasonable."
"Hands down the best costume and vintage selection in town. And I'm talking about the kinds of costumes that we're supposed to wear: they don't come out of a plastic package, "made" in Pakistan, with copyright approval from Marvel Comics; they're high-quality, handmade in this country, and they'll make you look like the real deal. Vintage is even better. Virtually any period/era/scene can be sourced, it's no wonder that one of the employees is one of the better-known thespians in town. The owner, Susan, has spent decades curating a collection of unique garments, most of them available for rental and purchase (there are two price tags on most items), and their website is pretty comprehensive, to boot: http://offbroadwaycostumes.com/And here's where I'll post a quote from my previous review, because I've definitely grown to appreciate this place more over the years, I'm going here for Halloween because... we'll, to quote what I said: If you must, must, must have that exact costume for that precise historic era or gothic goon or fairy princess that will absolutely kill it at that amazing party you're about to go to and you want to put everybody else to shame, Off Broadway is the place to shop. You'll find it, it'll cost ya, and you'll be the star of the show. The place meticulously cares for a collection of clothes that really isn't matched in this city."
"Not the biggest in the city but in my opinion, it's the best. They have a fantastic selection of new and used vinyl at great prices. I've bought dozens of albums from them and every one of them has been great quality. There are always new albums and items coming in and they do a great job on their Instagram of showing what's just hit the shelves. They also carry tapes, cds, vhs, and other music and movie related items. Stop in weekly and spend a bunch of money like I do. Pick up one of their shirts while you're at it."
"I didn't find a treasure today, but there are so many to be found! The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a large array of vendors with reasonable prices. I love the variety of this store. The spaces are well organized and all filled with vendors. I saw some unique items here that I have never seen which always pumps me up!"
"Pretty cool vintage shop! They have Vinyl's, hot wheels, movie posters, movies, stand up life size posters, collectable figurines, classic collectibles you won't find just anywhere, T-shirts, concert T-shirts, and even Funko Pops! After viewing their vinyls I noticed they have a lot of classics like Pink Floyd, Meat Loaf, and many others. The posters selection is insane. They have original posters for Alice in Wonderland, Star Wars, and my other great classic films. There's a bit of everything for just about everyone. They even have comics! The store is very clean and very well organized. If your looking for classic stuff to give someone or even for yourself, this is the place to be! If you love Funko Pop! they have a very nice selection of pops. They really had me on the Nightmare Before Christmas pops. I want to get them so bad! Unfortunately I don't have enough I gotta wait til payday. If you're at Coronado Center the shop is just east of the food court and west of the JC Penny's! Check them out!"
"This is not about the well-meaning ladies trying to run the place, its about coffee. The folks running this place have no business running a coffeehouse or touching an espresso machine. The home use espresso machines that do not make espresso are what they use. They have absolutely no clue or knowledge about coffee as a plant, product, or beverage. If they used a keurig, it still wouldnt be espresso, but at least it would be palatable. As it is? Each sip is a bitter slap in the face, an exercise in self-abuse.There is a real coffeehouse 1 block over. If you want period decor, the shop next door--Modities-- is your huckleberry."

Swan Song is one of those special places that makes you feel like a local even if you're from out of town. The shop owner is so nice and she has great tips on things to do in the Albuquerque area. The shop is beautifully curated with lots of unique local items. I got a vintage dress with a desert landscape pattern on it, a bag of locally made prickly pear candy, and an embossed leather purse - all at very affordable prices. Great shop!!

Woah! This place is great. A lot of items still had the tags on, and those that didn't were in fantastic, like-new condition. I found a good size pieces including a few gorgeous dresses! So happy to have found this shop!

This is the biggest consignment store in Santa Fe and it has something for everyone. This place is chocked full of high-quality clothing, shoes, western ware, even leather jackets. One thing that got my attention was their enormous collection of cowboy boots numbering in the hundreds. Tons of jewelry, accessories and vintage items. This place has one of the largest collections of silver turquoise jewelry I've ever seen. The downstairs area is only half the picture, when you head upstairs, there's a lot more waiting for you. They do have one room upstairs where everything is 75% off. Yes there is a large American Indian presence here, but that's not all, I found some vintage car parts, records, numerous books, and lots of glassware. There is more to see here than even the photos that I posted.

I went to the new bullseye estate sale consignment shop on Menaul today. They are only open from Thursday to Sunday. The building is like a large warehouse with several rooms full of vintage items. Jewelry, furniture, linens, kitchen items, tools, books, toys, Knick Knacks and anything else you can think of. It was interesting to explore each room and I purchased a few small items. The prices seemed reasonable but not an extreme deal either. I recommend this place for sure, however, I did notice that one employee who checked my items out when I was leaving was not wearing a mask. ( the other employees were-though). That is the reason I am reviewing 4 stars instead of 5.

This store has an amazing collection of vintage clothing as well as period costumes. This was my to go place to look for a 1920's flapper dress. I did not walk out empty handed and I had fun in the store shopping. The collection is so great! However, my only complaint is that the store clerk that helped me was very dramatic to say the least. She was friendly because she handed me a stack of dresses to try on and she helped me put together a look. But I was truly going for authenticity, or as closest I can possibly get, and her response to that was "Its 2014 no one will know the difference" So I ended up with a costume dress that I had picked out and it was as closest to what I wanted. But I did not feel comfortable with the sales clerk. I am grateful they helped me put together a look for my 20's theme party but I don't like having to deal with an overly dramatic sales clerk. The owner of this store is super nice, and good for her for having such a wonderful collection for people to rent and buy. However, maybe the store can do without the drama sales clerk.

"We got a chance to visit this brand-spanking new vintage store the weekend before they officially opened and will definitely be back. The selection of vendors is top-notch and they seem to specialize in mid-century modern. We took a few laps around and (of course) found a collection of small sculptures of nudes (male and female) without pricing. They are great about calling the owner of the stall and negotiated a smoking deal for six sculptures. They were great at wrapping/packaging them all and now they're proudly on display in my living room! Some unusual stuff, priced fairly, with friendly staff. We will definitely be back!"
"The prices are very reasonable and the hours are good too! I was impressed by the variety and the descriptions on the tags are very helpful. If I didnt have to go on a plane I would have walked outta there with a carful of cool stuff. There is a very nice selection of jewelry! Its easy to miss so look for the coffee shop next door. The guy is friendly and takes credit cards. Not discover."
"This place overwhelmed me a bit. I love thrift shopping, and have been to many other second hand joints around town. There is SO MUCH inventory here, you really need time to go through each corner. It seemed like there were lots of cool things, and somewhat organized, but it feels daunting going through everything. Maybe put less inventory out and rotate it? Not sure how to solve this problem, but it feels very chaotic. In any case, I may or may not stop in again to give it another whirl."
"I love to have my own little places to keep as a secret, especially favorite thrift stores, but this place deserves everyone passing through Alpine to stop (if open, check the hours).Locally owned place, with donations going to a Church, with a fantastic selection of everything from kitchen ware to clothes to (currently available) a HUGE star wars collection. Going through the multiple rooms of the house you can definitely find something you at least have nostalgia about. I usually spend about 10 bucks here and walk away with a jacket or shirt, shoes and trinket. Yeah, you could get a full set of clothes (socks and undies too) for yourself or someone in need for less than 20 bucks. The staff here is always super nice and proud. If you are lucky you can get in a conversation with one to give them a quick thank you and a break from running around keeping things tidy."
"This joint is my jam!!! "Where Art Meets Fashion," ...couldn't have said it better myself. They have curated a very special space here, I always feel like I am getting truly distinctive pieces that give me the opportunity to express my unique style!! The selection of sunglasses, earrings, and other distinguishing accessories are absolutely swoon worthy. It's one of those places that you don't want to tell anyone about because it's your go to secret stash of awesomeness, but you totally want to see them thrive and be around forever so you spill the beans to everyone you know!!! Keep Shining Andy & Edie!!!!"
"wow! this place is like walking into a movie set dressing room. Hats that the "Rat Pack" could have worn. Dresses that any hippie lady would have been proud to wear. My son & friend were visiting from Dallas. They asked about buying some cool vintage clothing. I knew thrift stores were a good option, but extremely random. The two highest rated shops are just a few minutes apart. Avengers & Broadway...Avengers clothing was very well organized, clean, high value, & worthy of a visit. If you are my age it's a trip down memory lane. For the younger generation, a look into the past. They even have lots of accessories for the clothing...jewelry, hats, shoes, ties, etc. Go ahead visit those thrift stores, but when you get tired of spending hours shifting through clothing get to Avengers. Even if you are just cruising down Central stop in for a visit, for that future event. You will not be disappointed!"
"I was taking my mom out for the day and we decided to stop in this new shop. We wondered around finding such neat buys. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable. It's on my way to work and I already know I will be stopping in weekly to see what other wonders she finds. A really, really neat store. Go and check it out."
"They are never opened and no one answers the phone, i left 2 messages ans no one called me back. Very unprofessional!!!"
"I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet! It's *the* place to go for vintage and antique furniture in Albuquerque. And also metal art from Mexico. They have a lot of early 20th century stuff, including from Europe. I have purchased a number of pieces over the years, including a 1910s dental cabinet, a 1930s cabinet with secretary's desk, and an antique brass bed. The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable and they even deliver if you aren't too far away! My whole family love shopping here. There's a number of rooms, including an extra building in the back through the Mexican metal art patio, so keep going if you're looking for something special!"
"My husband and I love a good antique shop. And this one, while it hasn't always been top notch, has recently emerged as our favorite place to visit. The reasons: they ditched the cheap new furniture that used to consume half the building. And, they added a bunch of new vendors with interesting new stuff that's priced to sell and turnover. So every visit is like a new experience. We just boughta seven foot long media console that is gorgeous, weighs a half ton, and looks like it has seen some stuff. And my husband bought 84 comic books. And any place that has gorgeous furniture/decorative items for me and comic books for my husband is a winner in our book. Staff is friendly and accommodating. But you're really here for the always new, always unique selection. And in that, they excel."
"Wow what a cool place! More consignment than thrift but definitely beautiful items. Outside so cute, and person who helped me (owner?) was very nice. A great gift shop w some Los Alamos merch plus more. Great unique style."
"Fantastic Selection and truly wonderful customer service. These guys help you load your car & they have it down. Super selection ... Super Friendly!!!"
"Great selection of vintage and antique items! The service is second to none! Julian is a wonderful person and offers great customer service! The prices are a true value."
"Talbott Auctions contracted with us to sell our mother's furniture & household goods this summer, but kept pushing back the date of the estate sale from mid-summer to August, then November and then finally told us they wouldn't sell any of the items that we put in storage while waiting for the estate sale. Nice of them to let us know... Meanwhile we were paying for the storage facility, in reliance on the contract with Talbott. Oh, and they are rude & unprofessional. #NeverTalbottAuctions."
"The owners are a sweet elderly couple who don't sell anything online. I like shopping here just to support them. I think their business is REALLY struggling with the construction on 4th St, so I'm hoping this review will help get some locals in to keep them going. It's mostly smalls... figurines, knick knacks, glasses, decor, collectibles, some art, etc. Not too many things I'm usually in the market for, but I did find an amazing early 1900s coat rack, and they let me buy one of their display cases. They had a good selection of southwest jewelry for awhile, but last time I went in some savvy shopper had swooped nearly all of it up. They usually have some rusty dusty antiques out front, so it's easier to spot from the road. They have a small dedicated parking lot too. Give 'em a look!"
"This is a new addition to the North 4th Antique Row and I find it very refreshing. Their style is industrial garden, full of vintage metal chairs, tables, filing cabinets, card cabinets, letters, fountains, and more. I'm super impressed with the prices and the quality of the items. The displays are gorgeous! Plus they have just recently opened a wifi lounge, where you can buy coffee, tea, and sodas to enjoy while you sit and work."
"Great prices, great selection, great quality. Owners are very friendly. Overall a nice antique shop!"
"Ms Linda Lucero is an interior decorating genius! Not just her in-store staging, but the fact she saw a need for high end furniture consignment in Albuquerque. She offers 30day layaway and her prices are extremely competative on all popular brands like Moses, Horchow, Neiman Marcus (my mom coined them Needless Markup) and others. If you appreciate eclectic and out of the ordinary with superb pricing as well as home consultations you must come here for the best advise in town!"
"I stopped in the shop after driving by and glad I did!The owner is very friendly, the shop is well organized and had many interesting clothes, accessories or some household items on consignment.I bought a few really nice items, I will be back!Thank you!"
"Oh yea this place! Definitely one of the coolest stores from our trip to New Mexico. It's a little boutique featuring a bunch of local companies and makers plus a plant shop that had all the good stuff. Too bad we were flying home, otherwise we would've swooped a few. We stopped by our first day in NM and there was an artisan market outside--we talked to a few of the artists there and they said it was the first time they've done the event, so we felt pretty lucky to have randomly stumbled into it. We made sure to swing by again on our last day to grab some stuff to take home (art print, sticker, turquoise stuff, & book). A good haul that will help me remember how awesome our trip was. Check it out."
"Lovely boutique type store in the heart of Old Town. Lots of beautiful art, personal decor with spiritual and deeper meaning and connection such as lovely sage varieties, crystals, jewelry, and many other unique findings. Prices are fantastic. Store is lovely and inviting. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Check this place out and "treat yo self!""
"When I tell you this was the most authentic vintage store I've ever been to! The atmosphere was welcoming and calm and I loved every second I spent in there. I bought the most beautiful jewelry box that caught my eye the second I looked at it! I will be coming here again, thank you again for giving my mom flower seeds for Mother's Day!"
"Stopped by this little store and was delighted at what I found inside. Great selection of vintage clothing and home items. The owner was so kind and picked out a great pair of pants for me that were very reasonably priced. This shop was a nice change from the tourist places and expensive jewelry stores galleries that can be found in Old Town. Absolutely worth a visit."
