You strip down to your birthday suit (don't worry no one sees you naked) then you put on some gloves & socks and get in the cryo chamber for three minutes of extreme cold that feels soooooo amazing! It helps with relieving sore muscles and pain. You'll feel an amazing endorphin boost afterward they call the cryo smile... it's true I feel a great feeling afterward. I use my HSA card to pay for it. There's great specials and memberships available. I've also tried the cryo facial but like the whole body experience best. Lots of athletes visit this location for the benefits it has for muscle recovery. I highly recommend this service and this establishment"

They gave me certain expectations after I walked in from a super hard strength training work out. I had very sore leg muscles and Jessica said it would help but didn't know if it would total fix the soreness with just one session. I did my first trial and already I am so limber and do not have the painful muscle soreness I walked in with. They over exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

So my lash tech moved to another state and she recommended me go here for my lashes sonce Iam addicted. At first I was very hesitant on going because an associate of mine had a bad experience. But my lash tech informed me that my associate eye shape and growth pattern was different than mine and to still go to my scheduled appointment. I went to my appointment filled with anxiety I am very picky when it comes to my lashes,eyebrows,hair etc. When I arrived I was checked in immediately,and filled out the new client form,and was called back at my appointment time. My lashes look great and I love them the only thing I would say is for the tech to engage with their clients more than talking to each other,Other than that nice clean establishment.

I have had facials since I was a teenager, and believe me that is more than several decades at this point. Kimberly is one of, if not the best I have encountered. I now see her regularly for facials and she is by far the best in the state. She has been in the business for a long time and customizes her facials to your specific skin type, age, and whatever skin concerns you have. She even has treatments for those going through chemo. As good as she is in facials and peels, her specialty is Acne treatments. Her before and after pictures of clients on her website are real and speaks volumes. Other estheticians in this state don't even come close to the knowledge and experience Kimberly brings. Her office and treatment rooms are professional and so relaxing. I have tried to stay awake during the facial but find it impossible. I guarantee one facial with Kimberly or her trained staff and you will not go anywhere else.
