"After loving Joe's for more than a decade, it is with great sadness that I have to downgrade my previous 4 star to 2.5, rounded down. The atmosphere is no longer the kitschy Italian, dim but comfortable "traditional" US Italian restaurant. It is now much lighter and brighter. While this is great for my aging eyes to read the menu, it just ruined the ambiance I'd grown so used too. The service was good, not quite up to the attentive staff of before, but still ok. The food. It just isn't close to what it was. 12 years ago I swore I'd never consider the Olive Garden again. Sadly, I can't say that any longer. We will be looking for a different traditional Italian spot. I hope things turn back around, it's sad when a business you loved sells and changes so dramatically for the worse."
"Seared is so cute! It's tucked away between old town and downtown near the country club. The bar area is where I went, not the dining section. The bartender Dominic is super attentive, gives information about the food and drinks in a detailed way, and the owners are so caring about customers having a great experience. When I first went, I got the lamb and it is mouth watering just to think about it right now. The last time I went, I ordered the steak Diane which was also good. Their specials and happy hour deals are a CANNOT MISS. Highly recommend this place for anyone interested in a high quality experience!"
"A great option when you are craving some not so healthy Mexican eats, including lots of chips and salsa. They have really thin chips which I like it makes some extra crispy and their salsa is really good. The building itself is really beautiful and there's some really cool decor. Having too much fun looking at their light fixtures and when you walk in, there's a fire going which was really nice. They have a pretty solid, happy hour with seven dollar drinks and seven dollar food items. I do think that some of the food items are better deals than others. The cheeseburger chimichanga I got was a good deal, especially with a little queso but a friend got a shrimp tostada, which was just a lot less food."
"Half price apps were delicious! The beef tips were so tender and tasty, we ordered more! Cocktails were pricey, but it was worth it for the ambiance of this joint. We also had the bananas foster for two. We were able to share that amongst 4 people. SCRUMPTIOUS!"
"Sharky's is our absolute favorite place to eat in Albuquerque. The tacos and ceviche and bacon wrapped cheese stuffed peppers were heaven. We couldn't get enough! I only wish our return route on our road trip took us back because this place was that good. The owner is super nice. We talked and visited both nights. I didn't get photos of the salsas but they were delicious and complimented the dishes perfectly. We will be going back every time we are in Albuquerque from now on. My wife just asked me what I wanted to do for Father's Day and I said I would love to go to Sharky's, it's only 10.5 hours away... Seriously, this is my new happy place. I could eat here every single day and never grow tired of the food."
"I talk about home in the walls frequently & my affinity towards them. This place defines them. A lot people in a small area serving great Mexican food. Today was a large bowl of menudo. Almost everyplace serves posole - few serve menudo. The menudo was "picoso" it had a lot of tripe and for another $1 you could get extra. Instead of tortillas you get a roll to soak up the juices. Overall our breakfast was excellent. If the rest of the menu is this good, we have found our perfect place for Mexican. This is one of few places I say is an absolute must try!"
"This is our go to. We love it for dinner. But it's expensive so be prepared to spend $100 for two if you order the drift plus a pound of clams and tip.Service is always great and they're attentive. No moist towelette this time but they have a bathroom.Comes with snow crab, 2 red potatoes, corn on the cob and scallops mussels clams shrimp, their crackin sauce in mild. It's so good and never dissapoints."
"This beautiful, softly lit restaurant is so inviting and quiet, meaning you can carry on a conversation without hollering at each other across the table. The crab cake appetizer is the perfect marriage of flavors and textures. The French fried chicken is tender, flavorful, and juicy without being greasy. Dessert consisted of a classic champagne cocktail and a yummy molten chocolate cake with caramelized bananas. It's probably one of the best places in town!"
"Had a family group of 9 at El Nido for dinner on a Wed night in Dec. Outstanding service and food! (Granted it was a slow night.) Cocktails were great. Everyone loved what they ordered: salmon, branzino, limoncello chicken, pork chop & mole, wagyu burger, 2 kinds of pizzas, and filet mignon. Can't say enough about how beautiful and tasty the dishes were. Spacious dining rooms made for fairly quiet dining. I would definitely eat here again the next time I'm in Santa Fe."

The food here is consistently good. I just love their lasagna and I have had lasagna on the brain all week, and too lazy to make some at home. Such a production. The meatball and tortellini soup with wilted fresh spinach is always a winner. The order of spaghetti and meatballs was huge and 1/2 went home. We each got a chocolate chip cannoli to go. It will be devoured later, as I am so full now. Always like the bruschetta and fresh bread and took home the few recipes slices of that too. Our server was efficient. A second glass, a refill, of lemonade was ordered and we were charged $6.00 extra for that. I thought refills were complimentary. I guess not. When I have a lasagna craving, we will be back.

5 star food & service. Will definitely return here. We arrived close to closing but they never made us feel rushed and made great recommendations and even dessert when it was late. Nice small cozy restaurant that is perfect for 2 to a small group. Make reservations if you want to be assured a table. You will make it a favorite.

It's been a while since I visited this location but it's always nice to come here to the awesome interiors and atmosphere. I don't know of any other New Mexican restaurants here with interiors this nice. Our server, Agnieszka, was equally awesome. Probably the best server I've encountered in a while. She's from Poland and was so personable. I asked her to write her name out so I could spell it correctly. Her recommendation of the Cheese Chili Rellenos w Green Chili was spot on. I think the best I've ever had. My friend had the Beef Enchiladas w Red Chili - also delicious. I typically love their dishes w the Serrano cream sauce but after I tried a small sample found it too hot that day. They serve Calabacitas (Mexican squash) as a side as well as rice and beans which I love. When we finished Agnieszka brought out the fresh hot Sopapillas perfectly timed. The manager, Victoria, came over and said hello which was also nice. The whole time the 2 Mexican musicians were playing their guitar music which rounded out our time there nicely. Will back soon since it was so good at this location. Sorry I didn't take any pics bc I was so hungry! ;))

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant tonight. We brought our ten year old daughter and asked our waiter Zack if there were any off menu items for children. Although, there were not, I told Zack her and I would share the fajitas. When they arrived, the entire table was shocked at how small the portion size was. Many of them insisting that it must be an appetizer. I called Zack over who confirmed that this was in fact their entree portion. There was less than 1/4 of a chicken breast cut into small overcooked slices. I gave the food to my daughter and didn't eat. I looked forward to this meal all day that I skipped eating until then. We are not concerned with money. We would have gladly purchased two meals. I was extremely disappointed in Zack and his failure to tell us that our meal was barely enough for one much less two people.

Sharky's is definitely a must try on any taco tour of the city. I hadn't been for probably a couple years at this point but was in the area so I stopped by. I ordered a couple tacos al pastor and a sangria jarrito. You seriously can't go wrong with the combo, especially on a hotter day. The tacos have a good amount of filling and they always have great salsa on the side. I kinda regret not getting at least one fish taco because the sauce on that one is pretty good. One major change since the last time I had been was it looked like they had put in and then blocked off a drive-thru. Probably a Covid adjustment but now it seems to be back to walk up only. The parking is usually fine but this day someone in a large truck and trailer was taking up half the lot. Not Sharky's fault but definitely an annoyance.

I love this place. I come here when I get off the plane hungry in Albuquerque. My favorite thing so far is the adovada burrito, but this place doesn't miss. It's all abuela's cooking at a very reasonable price. I also came in with food allergies and the manager is always careful to make sure my food was safe. Finally as someone who grew up next to Juarez, I appreciate the decor. It's not overdone and it's very thoughtful.

A wonderful gem in Santa Fe. Close to the plaza/downtown Santa Fe. Delicious food, warm ambience, and a lively social scene!

"Definitely a hidden gem. We have been to the sushi spot a few doors down but this was worth the find and stop. Staff speaks english and Spanish. Super friendly. Food came out quickly. And was absolutely delicious. I had to stop myself from eating all the chips with the refried beans and pico so I didn't fill myself up too quickly before the main meal. The steak was tender. The vegetables cooked just right. There is a sign out front but none on the door itself. If you're looking for good Mexican food, try them out."
"Down N Dirty is one of my favorite seafood spots in town. It's tucked back away from the street in a strip mall and can easily be missed if you aren't looking for it. I love that they have so many options for seafood by the pound, they are one of the only seafood boil restaurants in town that offers langostino tails (that I know of). I always have an amazing meal here. The only downside to eating here is that they do not offer beer/wine."
"We ordered delivery and it came quickly. Placed an order for two of the football rolls which were so delicious, 10/10 I recommend. The image shows 6 rolls a plate so 2 orders was enough for us but when delivered we only had 10 roll instead of 12 in the box. It was disappointing. I had chicken fried rice which was more then enough to make two meals out of it. Everyone enjoyed their food. It's definitely a place to experience just make sure when you order a lot nothing is missing, I'm assuming they realized we ordered 2 orders and then throwing both orders in one box we wouldn't notice the 2 missing. Other than that the food quality was good!"
"This place is really good. Carnitas burrito is top notch. Love NM but this place reminds me of Mexican food in Southern California. Fresh ingredients, sensible menu, staff that obviously love eachother. Great spot!"
"Loved dinning on the patio. The Ribeye was a little thin and overdone. But overall we had a good meal."
"5 star Seafood boil w/mild crackin sauce. Sauce had great flavor. Fried catfish, oyster's and chicken tenders the kids didn't like. Lacked flavor when I tried the oysters. If ever in town again, I will def get the boil & sauce."
"We went to this new Indian restaurant with friends who suggested that we all give it a try. I like Indian food, but I don't actually have a favorite restaurant in Albuquerque with this cuisine. After eating at Kabab & Curry, it is definitely in the running for our favorite spot. I ordered the Chicken Tikka dinner from the Chef Special category which included Biryani rice, Riata, and Garlic Naan for just a little more money than Chicken Tikka from the a la carte menu. There was enough naan to share, which was nice. Everything was delicious. The table also ordered the Dal Saag which we also loved. One member of my family ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and he totally enjoyed it. The restaurant was simple and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to our next visit."
"**COMPLIMENTARY CHIPS AND SALSA(S)**As soon as we walked in I felt like I was back in Puerto Vallarta México! I almost expected the ocean views when we entered. The delicious aroma from the kitchen had us already excited about our foodKimberly our server was wonderful. Thank you for the great service! The fish we had was fresh tasting and cooked well but they really don't add a lot of salt. That's actually better for your health and you can always add salt and limón to get it as salty as you like.I needed to eat something light after a week long fast and this was perfect. *PRO TIP*The things to get here:*Tacos al Patron*Mar y tierra and*Cóctel de camarón I'll order this next time.ENJOY AMIGOS!!!"
"The best Mexican food . The crunchy tacos were so good because the shell was fresh, flaky and it wasn't chewy So happy I ate there ! Not playing , best Mexican food"
"This place offers the best Sinaloa-style seafood in town. I recommend starting with a dozen of raw oysters or with a queso fundido first. Los Aguachiles are their signature dish consisting of raw fish, shrimp, and octopus cooked in lime in a very spicy sauce, I recommend the molcajete (more bang for your buck). This is synonymous with menudo as a cure for a hangover and probably healthier. On Sundays, El Compa Dimas will be there singing some corridos to complement your afternoon. Salucita!"
"What a pleasant surprise!!! Wow! I didn't take pics because we came on a whim. Will next time for sure. Had pulled pork, brat and fried mushrooms. The Better than a Bud beer. The best smoked meat I've tasted in NM after 8 years in Dallas. Yes I'm a smoke/bbq snob. Sandwiches came on perfectly toasted buns that held up. Pulled pork smoke was delicious and moist. Thank you Tom! Oh loved the trains too."
"This place was solid! The shrimp that is in the shrimp and grits is irresistible and the soup of the day (shrimp bisque) was a great compliment. Loved every bite"
"As soon as I heard that Albuquerque had a new Jamaican restaurant, I knew I had to try it asap! I ordered the jerk chicken entree and it was delicious! The reason why I gave it 4 stars was because the way they chop up the chicken shattered the bones. This made it a little hard to eat because I had to pick out bones. But the chicken was so flavorful! The plantains were some of the best I ever had! I also ordered a spicy beef patty. It wasn't spicy but the way the meat was seasoned was delicious! I ordered a Jamaican lemonade which was so refreshing. The staff were very friendly and overall I had a great experience. I can't wait to go back."
"Wonderful homemade food. In-house sauces are fabulous. Service is with a smile and helpful and friendly"
