"I was at Slice Parlor last night with multiple co-workers from the office. Mitch the manager and staff were so attentive to our party, despite being crowded in the restaurant (Balloon Fiesta crowd). We witnessed the most hill billy, histrionic woman with her otherwise very chill crowd cause a scene with her back and forth decisions, wreaking havoc on the kitchen staff. She went on to berate the waitstaff and management in an addled tirade that disturbed the expected the homely feel of our neighborhood pizzeria. Tourists... We love slice parlor, will be back soon, and tip accordingly."

I ended up getting a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a side of green chile stew and wow! They use fresh ingredients making the quality and taste of the food delicious! I ate there, and while I was eating, several other customers came in and I could tell they were regular customers and the rapport everyone had with the owners really showed me that this place really is a local gem."

We were greeted almost immediately by one server, and then another.We decided to order: spring rolls, tom yum soup( mild) and drunken noodles with shrimp (mild).The spring rolls came first, then the soup ( in a lit pot to keep it warm.)Thirdly, the drunken noodles...All food was absolutely delicious. Service excellent...both servers( woman- sorry I did not get her name) and Richard. He was very personable and helpful.We will return!!!P.S. Lose the styrofoam and replace with cardboard take out containers."

"This place is in a great spot in Tincan Alley. My 7 yr old son recommended this place to me and now we enjoy coming back for their pizza. Service can either be quick or slow depending on how busy they are. Sometimes you have to wait for anyone to get your order and we didn't like that at first since we stood for a while without any acknowledgement from the staff. Pizzas are delicious and thin while being flavorful. We always get 3 small individual pizzas. Definitely recommend.Ambiance varies but you can sit anywhere that's open even outside upstairs."

In this economy?? Anyways, back to how delicious my bowl was-- I love that it's healthy AND fairly priced IMO. I met the owner and he was very thoughtful and kind. I'm very grateful that I have access to a healthy local restaurant near my home!!"

"I got a gift credit from Rhubarb & Elliott so I ended up getting 2 gallettes from them (strawberry rhubarb & apple cranberry). My partner is a picky eater. Half the time he wouldn't really eat what I eat/have...but with these gallettes, he finished both of them out if his own whim...and without me having to encourage him to finish them! So, that says a lot about hoe highly I think of this place!The whole ordering process was great! They really do take it a look at your online order to make sure you get what you need. For example, I got a personalized email asking if I could stop by at a specific time instead so they could make the gallettes fresh from scratch for me. At the time of curbside pickup, the lady was friendly and immediately knew about the order I placed upon calling them once I reached the pickup site! The lady who brought over my gallettes be was also very nice and friendly...very pleasant!The whole experience with Rhubarb and Eliiott cafe was so great that I would recommend this place to others if you are looking to cut down your food prep/cooking time!"

"I've tried this location a couple of times. It's just okay. I got the shredded beef crispy tacos and a drink. 4 tacos and a Jarritos is almost $18.00. Each taco is small. They're about 2/3's the size of a regular taco at Taco Bell. The tacos I got were not crispy but chewy and greasy. The presentation was lack luster. Maybe the cook was distracted? I don't think I'll go there again. I know the inflation is over the top but I still feel like it's over priced for the amount of food, service and quality. If I'm in the mall food court, I think I'll give the other Mexican food place a try."
