I dropped the rating for the overall facility by a star because Dr Rowe is inexcusably and habitually late. I waited 50 minutes to see him the first time before I finally walked out. The second time I waited 30 mins before walking out. I have never actually seen this provider. I would NEVER recommend him for anything unless you have endless amounts of time to sit around and wait for him. The lack of professionalism is appalling. But definitely go see Dr Flax because he's the best ever!"

The ambiance was serene and peaceful as she plays calming music and makes you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process tailoring my facial to my specific skincare needs. The products she used are 10/10 quality and smell divine. What really stood out to me was how moisturized and clear my skin felt considering I had a lot of clogged pores and very dry skin. I not only felt relaxed but more confident in my skin after she was done and still feel days later. I cannot recommend her enough! I can't wait to book my next appointment with Daniela. You will not be disappointed."

"Lately, I've been running into some great places! This is a new place that just opened up, next to the home goods and Whole Foods.They are very friendly and what I love is that prior to any service they make sure you get a free consultation where you can get to know them and vice versa.My consultation was with the esthetician and the nurse who does Botox. I appreciated them being willing to answer all questions about their licenses and sanitation practices!! They also have their current licenses displayed in full view. The nurse, esthetician and front desk staff were all really friendly and made you feel welcome. I wasn't pressured to do anything the day of my consultation- and I made my appointment for a hydro facial the following week. They are pricey, so I decided to go for the monthly membership which brought my total down from $222 (yikes!) to $155.00.And I got 50% off first time service.The hydro facial was comfortable and I already see results with my skin- especially my forehead area that was pretty congested and now looks smooth. She was gentle but extractions always hurt so there's that. She showed me what was coming out of my pores, which I wanted to see. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them and this facial. Oh, and when I told her what products I was using + asking for recommendations, she wrote down what she would suggest AND didn't try to push products on me. She was very honest and said "use up what you have and we can start introducing the new products later". She even recommended things from Target and not just their spa. I guess if I had any recommendation it would be I wish they played "spa music", they play some pretty upbeat instrumental- and I would have loved something more "spa sounds" lol! But really, it's hard to find any bad to say about this place! Great people and service and I saw a difference in my skin from the first visit!!"

"I went in for an emergency 30 minute facial due to breakouts caused by stress. I walked in and the atmosphere was way better than I had expected. You're seated in a warm little waiting room while you listen to a fountain and you start the relaxation processes. Dori did my facial, and I was really really happy. She walks you back tucks your hair into a hairband and wraps your little legs in a blanket to keep you comfortable during your treatment. You then get to choose from three scents for your facial and she gets to work. As your final mask sits she gives you probably one of the best head massages you will ever have in your life making you feel happy and peaceful. A tip to all those facial peeps: get the extractions. They hurt like nothing I've ever felt before, but it'll help get rid of your blackheads and pimples. Endure the pain for five minutes. It'll help your skin in the long run!"

I spent the same amount of money for 1 saline removal which lightened only slightly, they also warn you that you may need multiple sessions for saline removal which is not cost effective or as quick and painless as laser removal.I would highly recommend this service for anyone that is on the fence about laser removal on the eyebrows.
