"Needing a respite from my whirlwind of a life, I set up a day at the spa. One must care for themselves. I scheduled the Afternoon Delight. This package included a Facial, massage, and a pedicure.After being ushered into a changing room where robes and slippers are provided, I sat in the ultra relaxing garden area with a cup of complimentary hot tea. The Facial was Euphoric! This was my favorite part of the package. I felt SO relaxed. While my mask was working its magic, the technician gave me the most amazing foot massage I have ever had. When complete, I was returned to the garden to await my next treatment with a hot shoulder pack and a hot tea.The masseuse picked me up from the garden area and I was taken to another room. The massage was okay, basically a good rub down.I was returned to the garden area once again to await my pedicure. I was then taken to the "Scarlet" room, appropriately named for it's rich red decor. I relaxed in a chair while the technician applied a salt scrub, then lotion and massage. She rounded the treatment off with a dip in paraffin wax and some OPI polish. This 3 hour day at the spa was worth every penny. Very affordable in comparison to other spas in town. I will definitely return to try other treatments... but will for sure return for a facial!!"
