The pottery and ceramics have a fun southwest feel! Table clothes and placemats are full of fun bright southwest colors!Side note: The street "Bent" is famous and has a number of fun shops close by! You may want to park close by. **Be warned: The driving in Toas, the roads are tight for the most part in town, and some are one way.The customer service is top notch! "It was a pleasure working with JJ and Marcos at Albuquerque Tile and Stone. They installed Granite countertops for our kitchen remodel. Their price was second to the lowest of three bids, but I felt more confident working with them than the lowest bidder because JJ was receptive, had a website and office, and was a good communicator responding to text messages and phone calls even after 7 pm. Which brings us to the 5th star. This is my first attempt at building cabinets and remodeling the kitchen so I had very little experience and needed someone who could convince me that they really envisioned what I wanted. JJ went to Arizona tile with me to pick out my slab and was very patient while I waffled between two nearly identical pieces. They were extra accommodating in meeting our Thanksgiving deadline when I barely got the cabinets built the day before. They made sure they were ready to go as soon as I was. Marcos has a very efficient turnaround time, next day, sometimes same day as templating. The install went very smoothly. The countertops have held up a turkey and four martinis and nothing has crashed through the floor into the basement yet. The cut was perfect and well polished. I had some extra trim and asked for an add-on window sill. They just tacked on a couple hours of labor and didn't try to gouge me on the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They do accept credit cards but pass the fees on to the buyer so cash is cheaper."

We happened upon this adorable shop and while neither my mom or I was in the market for any high dollar items, the woman working the shop was incredibly helpful, friendly and outgoing! I only spent around $15, but she made me feel like we were the most important people in the store...AND she was helping multiple visitors at the time.I wish I lived in SAF so that I could take a cooking class (or 5!) from there.If in the area of this mall and you love cooking, I can't recommend this place any more!!"

"When we found Winsupply, my pregnant wife and I were extremely excited. Showroom looked great and they had large selection of amazing product to choose from. Our sales person, Valentina, was amazing. An extreme pleasure to work with. Or so we thought. We received our order, which was everything for the kitchen and two bathrooms, complete renovation, and the only thing that was correct was the kitchen faucet and the bathtub. My wife and I were extremely adamant about the bathroom fixtures being matte black and the sales woman ordered all stainless steel. The kitchen sink was suppose to be center drain but we received right drain. We asked for 2 bathroom sinks and she ordered one. Almost the whole order was not entered correctly. Serves me right for trusting a charismatic, what we thought was a very diligent and caring sales person and not going over all the product codes with a fine tooth comb when we made the purchase. On the order form, there is only the product code with no description of the product. I just assumed she entered them correctly. So needless to say it was all our fault for not entering every product code from the manufacturer on the internet when we got home to make sure everything was correct. At no point was it the sales persons fault according to them. Then they tell me it will be an extra $600 if we want the stuff we thought we were ordering in matte black. I'm returning everything minus the tub and the rough in stuff because all that has already been installed and taking my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same. We are no longer able to move into our new home before my wife has our second child due to this negligence. I would give them zero stars if that was an option."

We were closing on a house and he met us at inspection to take measurements, see the tile in the space and make sure we were happy with our choice. Day of installation, we had 3 folks arrive on time and complete the job as expected. "Hoping they will make it right..... and they did!!! We have a happy ending and we would use them for our next project.To be honest, we didn't start off well with RMS. We experienced multiple breakdowns in communication that left us with a bad taste. The scheduling for slab selection and installation didn't go well and we went round and round with our sales person. E-mail and phone calls went back and forth time and time again. The template team was on time and pleasant to have in our home. The seemed experienced and professional. We were able to make modifications once we had the template overlaid with the slab selected so we had the look we wanted in the granite. Install day. The installers were early! That never happens and we were thankful. The install folks did a great job. Problem is... We didn't pick the sink profile. Sort of important. We are wondering where that breakdown happened and why we didn't get to decide. Craig, the operations manager, got involved and MAN did he make it right. We will have to have the slab removed, a plumber come back in, then refabricated, and all put back into place which is no joking matter. But we are able to get a new sink and all the things associated with it at no cost. Craig was already working on a root cause analysis to help prevent this from happening to another customer when he got involved. The piece of mind that we are ending with will have us back at RMS for future projects and I would recommend their services based on the actions taken to prevent this from happening to someone else. The seriousness that this problem was address with makes me think they will fix the communication issues on the sales side as well. Way to go Craig!"

If you appreciate hand made, local art that you can use to eat and drink from, this place is for you. We wound up buying a good amount of pottery and shipping it home to ourselves in NJ.
