"A relatively new store to check out. Saw it while visiting another shop in the shopping center. Clean, moderate size shop stocked with mostly new handguns, long guns and shotguns. No supply of used guns, maybe 8-10 used guns. I tend to gravitate towards the used stuff. Firearm pricing was MSRP, as were the accessories - mostly. Stocked ammo was priced on the higher side. But if you need a box or 2 right away they'll probably have it. I didn't see any real bargains or something I couldn't live without. Maybe another time."

My favorite was the AK-47 but you couldn't go wrong with any of them. High marks all around."

"My rating for Mag's would be so much better if not for the guy who decided to show me how to use the guns I rented one day with my gf. His attitude screamed "I'm a tool!" and suffice it to say he was arrogant, impatient, rude, and seemed irritated the whole time.That being said, their prices were.. alright.. and the selection of guns and ammo was decent (though some would consider it small)/overall satisfactory.The facility itself is actually quite nice, and the rest of the staff was just fine when it came to customer service. But again, that one dude just ruined it for me. We actually went for my birthday but luckily this guy wasn't important enough in my life or day to ruin the celebration, lol.If they cared more and got an all-awesome staff, they'd probably be looking at more like a 4-5 star rating, but contrary to what some silly people say, staff (aka the representatives of the business) need to be great with the customers. Period. Too bad Mag's!"

"Where do I start. I received the gun as promised in great condition. However, before I purchased the gun I asked him how fast I could get it. I was promised next day shipment as soon as it was paid for. I committed to purchasing the gun and promptly provided payment info. My bank set a fraud alert which was cleared within 5 minutes but he would not run it until the next day. Another fraud alert was put on my card the next day and cleared it again. He finally ran my card and promised the gun would go out on that Monday. I live in California so I was very adamant about getting the gun as quickly as possible and explained to him about CA's policy. Unfortunately the gun was not sent until that Wednesday basically shutting down the opportunity to get it for Christmas. And the proper paper work was not sent and created further delay. I contacted him again asking a question but has not replied. I am glad I received my gun, but not happy about the untimely manner in which I got it."

"Our first gun show in New Mexico. We've been to plenty of shows in Texas and wasn't sure how this one was going to stack up against the other shows we've seen. Needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised as we entered the arena. While I didn't count I would estimate there were about 800 table, with few if any empty tables. One thing seen at Texas gun shows that was noticeably missing from here were tables only containing items unrelated to weaponry. Things like jewelry, paintings, posters or coins. For the gun enthusiast it was a cornucopia of guns, antique firearms, ammunition and accessories. The biggest thing I noticed, unlike other gun show gun prices were reasonable - at or below retail. Likewise with ammunition. There was plenty of bulk ammo to be found and once again reasonably priced. So we were impressed and will look forward to their return in Feb"

These lights can be quite expensive and I went into the shop hoping to get about half of what one goes for online and that's what they gave me. I don't frequent pawn shops, but the next time I have something to sell, this is where I'll take it. I had initially taken it to a store on Juan Tabo that wanted to give me $20 for it. Yeah right!! I'm glad I went here instead."

"After two transfers and the purchase of some suitable ammunition for them plus conversation with the staff, i'll give them a thumbs up for doing a good job in a friendly way. They notified me promptly after UPS had delivered my guns and were on the ball with forms and my payment. In both cases, I was back after the annoying but required seven day wait. We finished up quickly and were done and gone within a few minutes. They have almost unlimited parking with eas. access to Central Avenue. For customers only, they have a nice clean restroom. All their for sale merchandise is well displayed and they're up on all the details. Prices are fair too. I'm a big fan after only four visits."
