"We live in Florida, and wanted to send flowers to our family who just relocated their business to downtown Albuquerque. We checked the Yelp reviews which were excellent. Then we checked out the selections online. Beautiful! The prices were reasonable, especially for delivery.We ordered online on a Sunday - for delivery today, 12/12/22, on a Monday. We didn't have the suite number, but we did have the office phone. Someone called today to get that suite number. Our niece said she spoke with him, and he was very sweet!She sent a photo of the Peace Lily & it is beautiful! With quick, good service, beautiful flowers and plants, AND excellent rates, we will be using this florist in the future for birthdays and other events in Albuquerque - whether we are there or home!"

Not only that, but they went above and beyond and our event went off without a hitch. Small shop but beautiful(My mom had recommended we try them after she had used them to order flowers for work/funerals)"

"Great local businesses are made by the people who care about them. Sometimes I'm so impressed with people, the plain and basic substance of who they are and how they treat me, that it makes the whole experience. I'm sold. I've found another place to invest my local bucks in, and I'll go out of my way to do so at Silver Springs.I tried the shop near my house. It was 9:30 in the morning and I need a bouquet pronto, but the place was closed, and as usual the "Open" sign had been left on all night. Man, that bugs. Anyway, I pulled out the ole Yelp app and let my fingers do the talkin' (remember that phrase?), which delivered five or six other businesses. The only open shop was downtown, and I was headed there anyway, so I called.Is it possible to actually listen to a smile? I think it's possible. The guy was friendly. Receptive. Invested in what I wanted. And ready to get 'er done in about 30 minutes. Perfect. And when I saw the smiles from the guy on the phone and the woman working the register, I was sold. I loved the bouquet. Loved the business. Felt like family. And I don't care how convenient online flower delivery companies are, they'll never, ever be able to smile at me, so if I'm shopping locally, I'm going to Silver Springs. Simple as that."

"Yep, the reviews don't lie about this business. I'll first state that I worked with this company on an event in 2017, and really enjoyed their professionalism, that's why I considered them my go-to when I needed to buy me some lovin'. We should just call Valentine's Day what it is, Buy Me Love Day. Yesterday I bought me some spouse lovin', and Flowers By Zach-low delivered, literally.I hopped on the website and, as opposed to many previous exhaustive searches for just the right bouquet, this time I found what I was looking for almost immediately. Delicate and a touch indie, the composition had the classic red rose/gold vase trimmings, but it wasn't over-the-top, and the price was fair. Oh, and props to me for actually ordering this a few days before Buy Me Love Day, yep, I'm pretty awesome. The company immediately emailed a receipt of the order and, on the big day, they emailed a photo of the bouquet, and sent another email upon delivery (they took it to my home, as requested). Bottom line? My wife loved it and, by extension, I bought me some love. Oh, and the down-low on Zach-low: currently this business doesn't have a store front, so just call or check out their website for the perfect bloom."

"Wow! Amazing customer service and quality items! My 17-year-old son had an emergency appendectomy and I was in Tennessee, so had to get something sent to him Fast! While in the ambulance and in pain he told me they were taking him to Rust Presbyterian. I called the two closest florists. Only Rio West had big teddy bears, smilie face balloons and could do a turquoise bouquet so got everything ordered for delivery. I told them he would be released soon so wanted it to arrive quickly. The whole time they were of course, we'll take care of everything. So, they call me and tell me Jakes not at Rust Pres? So, I call my son and he says, oops, they ended up taking me to Pres Main. I called the florist and they said no problem they're on the way and didn't even ask for more money for a farther delivery. My goodness! If you're looking for a great florist, look no further!!! They're crazy accommodating! Ty ;-) and my son left the flowers and balloons for the younger kids on his floor he kept the teddy to guard his incisions"

"I purchased an inexpensive arrangement +balloon to be delivered and my purchase was close to $90. I put my family member's phone number on the form so I called the day before deliver to make sure everything was set. I also asked if the arrangement would look like what I saw online because the last 2 times I've ordered flowers, they have looked nothing like what I thought I was buying. I was assured that yes, the arrangement would match the picture. You can judge the pictures for yourself if you think they did a good job."
