"I cannot recommend Jenni enough. We live on the east coast but my husband's family is in Albuquerque. We have been ordering flowers from afar for 25 years. When we are in ABQ, I buy in person. We've never had any problems with our previous florists or deliveries but nothing ever wowed us. I'm a flower freak. I do not drink so when invited to someone's home, I bring flowers instead of wine. I've bought flowers all over the world, from New Zealand to Costa Rica to European countries to a wide number of US cities/states including Los Angeles and New York City. I'm also a person who is all about high quality materials and creative design. I'd rather have something smaller made from the best than a big hunk of ordinary. I told Jenni to do whatever she wants as long as those were met. What she delivered was far beyond expectations. It wasn't just the best arrangement I've seen in Albuquerque but one of the best I've ever seen anywhere. I've already ordered more flowers. I finally have an ABQ florist I can completely trust to deliver the goods. I cannot say how expensive she is vs others. I think, especially for what you receive, it's a very fair price. However, I do live in an expensive city and am not the best at that estimation for other places. Thinking back to what I've spent at other ABQ florists, I do believe not having a retail location leads to her prices being the same but it's a much higher quality product.Look for her vintage flower truck. Go to her website to find out where she and that charming truck will be on any given day. She offers bouquets with and without vases, dried flowers, corsages and boutonnières. She is quick as well. Sometimes I'm so impressed with people, the plain and basic substance of who they are and how they treat me, that it makes the whole experience. I'm sold. I've found another place to invest my local bucks in, and I'll go out of my way to do so at Silver Springs.I tried the shop near my house. It was 9:30 in the morning and I need a bouquet pronto, but the place was closed, and as usual the "Open" sign had been left on all night. Man, that bugs. Anyway, I pulled out the ole Yelp app and let my fingers do the talkin' (remember that phrase?), which delivered five or six other businesses. The only open shop was downtown, and I was headed there anyway, so I called.Is it possible to actually listen to a smile? I think it's possible. The guy was friendly. Receptive. Invested in what I wanted. And ready to get 'er done in about 30 minutes. Perfect. And when I saw the smiles from the guy on the phone and the woman working the register, I was sold. I loved the bouquet. Loved the business. Felt like family. And I don't care how convenient online flower delivery companies are, they'll never, ever be able to smile at me, so if I'm shopping locally, I'm going to Silver Springs. Simple as that."

We didn't have the suite number, but we did have the office phone. Someone called today to get that suite number. I'll first state that I worked with this company on an event in 2017, and really enjoyed their professionalism, that's why I considered them my go-to when I needed to buy me some lovin'. We should just call Valentine's Day what it is, Buy Me Love Day. Yesterday I bought me some spouse lovin', and Flowers By Zach-low delivered, literally.I hopped on the website and, as opposed to many previous exhaustive searches for just the right bouquet, this time I found what I was looking for almost immediately. Delicate and a touch indie, the composition had the classic red rose/gold vase trimmings, but it wasn't over-the-top, and the price was fair. Oh, and props to me for actually ordering this a few days before Buy Me Love Day, yep, I'm pretty awesome. The company immediately emailed a receipt of the order and, on the big day, they emailed a photo of the bouquet, and sent another email upon delivery (they took it to my home, as requested). Bottom line? My wife loved it and, by extension, I bought me some love. "What a nice little stop in. I had gone downtown today for the little get together in the plaza for the full moon. There wasn't a lot going on so I checked put some of the small shops surrounding the plaza and area to see what was still open late. Not much was open, as is the norm. But one little shop back in a corner, had its lights on. I walked up and there was a lady and a guy playing with some kids out front. The lady saw me coming and invited me in and went in herself. It was a brightly lit shop, small, but full of knickknacks and arrangements. There was succulents, hanging ferns and other types of plants. There were many cute plants that were perfect to get as a gift as well. The nice gal working the counter chatted me up, and made some suggestions too. I picked out a couple things. She had some tips on how to take care of them. When she rang me up she offered to wrap them and did so beautifully. I'm sure there are some bigger shops, but if your down this way its a nice place to stop in."

They said yes, and they totally delivered! (In every sense of the word.)I gave them my budget ($100) and asked for the florists' choice. They asked if I had preferences on color, and the only thing I said was that I approved OF color. Lo and behold, they made the most beautiful arrangement that included my mom's favorite flower (which I wouldn't have even thought to ask for)- bird of paradise. That alone is worth 5 stars!But they were also super helpful when it came to figuring out chocolate accompaniments, for arranging flower delivery to the hotel, and overall they were very pleasant on the phone.The only *incident* was that the message in the card, which was for the 50th anniversary of my parents, read: "Happy 50th anniversary to the greatest parent." My mom asked if I was referring to her or my dad It seems like that should have been an obvious fix, but it got a good laugh from everyone :)I would definitely shop here again and I highly recommend!"

"I'm incredibly sad to have to write this review, but my experience with this florist has left me no other choice. Due to some unexpected issues, my wedding planner and I were having difficulty finding a florist. Crystal was contacted based on her prior reputation and product quality. We discussed details through multiple telephone and video calls, and provided an "inspiration board" to achieve the desired wedding day look. Regrettably, my wedding florals were nowhere near the quality, design, or color scheme anticipated.After our wedding, the owner of the wedding planning company reached out to her regarding my dissatisfaction and to try to reach a possible resolution. When she responded to the owner of the wedding planning company -- no accountability or empathy was expressed. Rather, she cited issues involving time constraints, flower availability, and "freshness" - none of which were brought to my attention or to that of my wedding planner when we discussed the floral contract. My wedding planner and I also contacted Crystal, multiple times, for a copy of my floral contract to which she to date has not responded. I did inform her that I would write about my experience with her absent a response."

Long distance family members once sent me lovely bouquets from Amor and another local florist. When I went to replace the water to keep the flowers fresh I noticed that the other shop's water had a decaying odor but the Amor water smelled fresh even after a week. I don't remember what they said they did, but I was impressed! Amor also is in a historic building; it's worth stopping by to see the viga ceiling! "My teenager says this place is better than I think it is. So I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She got her prom foliage here, pretty stuff, and no one got stuck with the pins. That's what I remember about prom: the blood on the boutonniere.The shop certainly blooms local. I live right down the street, and throughout the day I often watch the sweet couple who own it hanging out, chatting on the sidewalk, waiting for business. During their first year in business they had a neon Open sign that literally never turned off. At two o'clock in the morning they were open. And I think that's why I never visited; I figured if they couldn't get around to pulling the switch, or cord from the outlet, then I should be wary of their business acumen. But Mothers Day snuck up on me and grandma was deserving (this year), so I called a day ahead of time and picked up a pretty nice spread on Sunday. I liked the soul music soundtrack, didn't like the wait, and was surprised they ran credit cards from a separate tablet, but whatever. The place felt like a rushed, happy-to-finally-be-busy flower shop, the way it should be. And the neon sign issue was fixed a while ago, so I'll be back."
