"I cannot recommend Jenni enough. We live on the east coast but my husband's family is in Albuquerque. We have been ordering flowers from afar for 25 years. When we are in ABQ, I buy in person. We've never had any problems with our previous florists or deliveries but nothing ever wowed us. I'm a flower freak. I do not drink so when invited to someone's home, I bring flowers instead of wine. I've bought flowers all over the world, from New Zealand to Costa Rica to European countries to a wide number of US cities/states including Los Angeles and New York City. I'm also a person who is all about high quality materials and creative design. I'd rather have something smaller made from the best than a big hunk of ordinary. I told Jenni to do whatever she wants as long as those were met. What she delivered was far beyond expectations. It wasn't just the best arrangement I've seen in Albuquerque but one of the best I've ever seen anywhere. I've already ordered more flowers. I finally have an ABQ florist I can completely trust to deliver the goods. I cannot say how expensive she is vs others. I think, especially for what you receive, it's a very fair price. However, I do live in an expensive city and am not the best at that estimation for other places. Thinking back to what I've spent at other ABQ florists, I do believe not having a retail location leads to her prices being the same but it's a much higher quality product.Look for her vintage flower truck. Go to her website to find out where she and that charming truck will be on any given day. She offers bouquets with and without vases, dried flowers, corsages and boutonnières. She is quick as well. She can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe she can do same day as long as it's not a holiday.Thank you Jenni! I look forward to your future creations."

We didn't have the suite number, but we did have the office phone. Someone called today to get that suite number. Our niece said she spoke with him, and he was very sweet!She sent a photo of the Peace Lily & it is beautiful! With quick, good service, beautiful flowers and plants, AND excellent rates, we will be using this florist in the future for birthdays and other events in Albuquerque - whether we are there or home!"

She ended up not being home when they went to her house, so the delivery lady called and texted her and then called and texted me to arrange another delivery time. "I called Amanda's Flowers the same day my parents would be arriving in Santa Fe to celebrate their 50th anniversary and asked if they could put something together that afternoon. They said yes, and they totally delivered! (In every sense of the word.)I gave them my budget ($100) and asked for the florists' choice. They asked if I had preferences on color, and the only thing I said was that I approved OF color. Lo and behold, they made the most beautiful arrangement that included my mom's favorite flower (which I wouldn't have even thought to ask for)- bird of paradise. That alone is worth 5 stars!But they were also super helpful when it came to figuring out chocolate accompaniments, for arranging flower delivery to the hotel, and overall they were very pleasant on the phone.The only *incident* was that the message in the card, which was for the 50th anniversary of my parents, read: "Happy 50th anniversary to the greatest parent." My mom asked if I was referring to her or my dad It seems like that should have been an obvious fix, but it got a good laugh from everyone :)I would definitely shop here again and I highly recommend!"

"I'm incredibly sad to have to write this review, but my experience with this florist has left me no other choice. Due to some unexpected issues, my wedding planner and I were having difficulty finding a florist. Crystal was contacted based on her prior reputation and product quality. We discussed details through multiple telephone and video calls, and provided an "inspiration board" to achieve the desired wedding day look. Regrettably, my wedding florals were nowhere near the quality, design, or color scheme anticipated.After our wedding, the owner of the wedding planning company reached out to her regarding my dissatisfaction and to try to reach a possible resolution. When she responded to the owner of the wedding planning company -- no accountability or empathy was expressed. Rather, she cited issues involving time constraints, flower availability, and "freshness" - none of which were brought to my attention or to that of my wedding planner when we discussed the floral contract. My wedding planner and I also contacted Crystal, multiple times, for a copy of my floral contract to which she to date has not responded. I did inform her that I would write about my experience with her absent a response."

Long distance family members once sent me lovely bouquets from Amor and another local florist. When I went to replace the water to keep the flowers fresh I noticed that the other shop's water had a decaying odor but the Amor water smelled fresh even after a week. I don't remember what they said they did, but I was impressed! Amor also is in a historic building; it's worth stopping by to see the viga ceiling! And I just noticed a sign out front: FREE delivery in Belen!"

She took time to explain which flowers were the freshest and would last the longest. She probed for specifics about what I wanted and didn't want. The arrangement exceeds my expectation. It is. "medium" sized bouquet of upper range flowers. Cost, including delivery, about $80. I thought why not just try to ask if they can do it here--they are doing our wedding flowers and we were very pleased with our consultants vision and good customer service. It took all of 5 mins to explain what I wanted they brought a catalog of different containers she could order and then I trusted her to just pick random succulents to pot in it. When we picked it up less than a week later it was just beautiful and there were all different sizes of succulents--beautiful potting! "Outstanding, large florist in ABQ. I wanted to get a bouquet for someone I interviewed. Everything is so cheap in New Mexico (minus Santa Fe), I figured $60 would get me something pretty big/great. Wish I had said $90 or $100. I had no preference for colors or flowers so just let them build me something. Such fantastic people! I was a bit surprised that $60 didn't get me that much more than in CA (but saved $30 on delivery: floral delivery is as bad as Ticketmaster, 1/3 is fees). And I am not a sunflower fan (though I do want to support Ukraine in any way I can). The client LOVED the bouquet, though, and it really was beautifully made. I'm just not into yellow/magenta and would have chosen lilies or something else had I not just gotten out of a 50 minute traffic jam on the 40. Bad accident so a 15 minute drive turned into three times that. Would recommend. A very LA/NYC vibe."

"Wow! Amazing customer service and quality items! My 17-year-old son had an emergency appendectomy and I was in Tennessee, so had to get something sent to him Fast! While in the ambulance and in pain he told me they were taking him to Rust Presbyterian. I called the two closest florists. Only Rio West had big teddy bears, smilie face balloons and could do a turquoise bouquet so got everything ordered for delivery. I told them he would be released soon so wanted it to arrive quickly. The whole time they were of course, we'll take care of everything. So, they call me and tell me Jakes not at Rust Pres? So, I call my son and he says, oops, they ended up taking me to Pres Main. I called the florist and they said no problem they're on the way and didn't even ask for more money for a farther delivery. My goodness! If you're looking for a great florist, look no further!!!
