"I am so glad we chose David to photograph our wedding. He was so kind and sincere when we first met him to discuss our options. He worked with us to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. When he took our posed pictures he was kind enough to let the anxious family members get their shots in too. We were impressed at the wedding reception with how he sort of blended in, he was always in the background but taking wonderful pictures the whole time. We love all of the candid shots and reliving all that happiness by looking at his pictures. His second photographer, Tina Silva, was also amazing. She felt like an aunt, so sweet and encouraging while taking pictures. Her photos were just as impressive, and again, we barely knew she was there capturing these wonderful moments. "Tag line for this photography studio is "When you want the best." It is true . . . they are the best and primarily a wedding photography business, but I am sure that any event would be welcome. I recently went with "friends" to see their engagement pictures done by Kevin's. I figured there would be 20 or so photos to select from and probably only 5 - 10 would be really good. WRONG! There were at least 100 and 98 of them were fantastic! The next step was to decide which ones they wanted . . . I was really glad it wasn't my decision. After much debate and two cups of coffee for me, a decision was made.In addition to the incredible photography, the customer service (almost a bigger deal to me in any business) is wonderful. They left us alone to review the photos online and were there to help and answer questions when needed. As we walked in the door we were offered coffee or soft drinks. We never felt pressured or needing to move along for the next customers.One of the many highlights of this business is finding it. . . . the building is painted like a zebra . . . yes, a zebra! Driving down the street in Albuquerque, where everything is basically brown adobe colored, and then you come to a building painted like a zebra . . . . believe me you will NOT miss it. (I believe that THE Kevin has done a lot of photography in Africa . . . )I would unconditionally recommend Kevin's for any event, especially a wedding. If you are having a kid's birthday party, a promotion celebration, a 50th year anniversary, a baptismal, or any kind of family celebration - call Kevin's and make an appointment to go in and talk to them. You will not be disappointed."

"My family has used Nicole's services several times and have come to think of her as our "family photographer." A couple of years ago, we managed to get 16 people from my extended family together for Christmas pictures for our mom. Mom didn't like the way she looked in a couple of hers, so Nicole met us again and did some re-takes. All the pictures turned out beautiful and each family was happy. "Somehow, I've forgotten to leave a review for Lauren Cherie Photography. We have our newborn photos done with her as a gift. It was the BEST gift I've ever received and by far my favorite. It was great to get photos of my son, in special outfits, as a family, and separate as newborn. We are going in tomorrow for Smash Cake pictures for his first birthday. I wouldn't trust anyone more than her family during this time, she was a former nurse so she is well aware of safety and she works well with children. "This was an awesome experience! The ranch is idyllic, I wanted to stay forever. The guest cabin was very comfortable, homey, and unique in design. The ladies, Justyn and Mel have created a peaceful and relaxing retreat while providing fun and excitement. The horses are beautiful. They have a wonderful place to live, play, and work. They are loved and very well cared for. They are very lucky to have been rescued by Justyn and Mel. The horses are at different levels in their rehab and training. I am a beginner so Rain was chosen for me to ride. She responded well to commands and showed nice manners, but she wasn't perfect so I was able to work with her on the trail rather than just plodding along. For more experienced riders, there are other mounts that would offer more challenge. The ladies were always alert to my needs and offered instruction and suggestions when required. I learned a lot.The trails and countryside were beautiful. The meals were fantastic! They rock in the kitchen.I plan to do this again and I wouldn't change a thing."

"Man, I love those poetic twists of real life fate, don't you? When some completely random connection from your past resurfaces in your contemporary world and plays a new role, you know what I mean? Okay, so this isn't always a good thing. (I can think of a few ex's that I really don't want to see ever, ever again.)I met Adam Durant in college. He was a talented actor and creative type, and all around good guy. And when I graduated, I managed to grab a beer with him one night. We were both heading out into the great unknown without a f#cking clue as to what we would do with our theatre degrees. We didn't come up with a plan, but we tried to laugh about the uncertainty of the whole thing.More than a decade later, I ran into Adam again, this time on Facebook. He had posted something about being a photographer, and as it happened, I was looking for one. I asked him to shoot one of my events, and when I got the results of his work, I was absolutely astonished. The guy had that intangible I was looking for: the ability to capture a moment, a mood, a vibe, something in the air, with an image. I immediately hired him for the next event. And the next. We've been working together for the better part of two years at this point, and his work continues to astonish me, no joke. At the moment he remains rather undiscovered, so he's affordable and flexible. Need a holiday portrait? Wedding photographer? Pet enthusiast? Call this guy. He's even captured a family property which was subsequently listed on vrbo.com, and guess what? The property continues to rent, every month, going over a year now."

"this was the worst experience I've ever had! I hired them bc they seemed to have good quality but little did I know that they have absolutely no customer service and they do not know how to treat people with respect. I ordered a guest book and they never asked me to choose the photos for it but instead took it upon themselves to pick them. When I told them that there was some photos my daughter didn't want, all they said is we can cancel the book. I specifically paid for that photo session to not get a guest book !? The family photos were not taken at the reception the day of the quince bc they said that the quinceañera didn't seem like she wanted them. I am the one paying for photography and should have made the choice on that. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with that, Jorge was rude and instead blamed me, and my daughter for that. Their presence seemed forced and it ruined the day! I told him I simply wanted to be acknowledged for the miscommunication and then he said that customers are not always right and that he wouldn't have changed anything or did anything different at the event. I told him it's important to listen to the customers and that essentially they are right and he said that the customer is never right. Just terrible I've never been treated the way he has in my life. I have another quince in 2 years and I do not recommend anyone to hire them. All they care about is the money, they are ridiculously expensive."

First off, he responded to our Yelp inquiry very quickly and was very professional in sharing his experience, pricing, and expectations for the shoot. He was also great about scheduling the time and even followed up the day of to make sure it hadn't fallen off my calendar. He showed up about 10 minutes before the appointment and brought a slew of high end photographic equipment to make sure our suite was presented as well as humanly possible.
