I have been a customer of this dealership for over twenty years. Their staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and the service department is A+++. Brian, their chief mechanic, has an encyclopedic knowledge of ZEN and the art of auto service! Bob and Randy (the owners) treat their customers and staff with the utmost respect, so this dealership runs like a well-oiled machine! The other wonderful attribute is that this is a multi-generational family-owned business. Hooray for that! Like many car dealerships in the area, they may experience crushing schedules due to a flood of customers converging simultaneously. That being said, be patient it will be worth it in the end! BY THE WAY, I purchased a new vehicle from them on 11/18/24; as a loyal customer, they went over and above great pricing! Briley was my salesperson, and the sales managers were kind as can be!
