They have lots of options for customization (including reducing the sweetness level, which I appreciate since some boba shops make their tea too sweet for my taste!), the shop is clean, and they are fast at putting together all the custom teas. Best of all, the boba is always fresh and perfectly chewy.This is a small locally-owned shop that deserves everyone to know how great they are!"

"Love this place! This was my second visit here and I love the Banh mi's and pork bao and spring rolls! We also got the pho (forgot to snap a photo) and it was delicious as well maybe one of the best pho base broths I've ever had. The pork was a bit on the dry side this time in my banh mi but still very delicious. I'm not in abq all that often but this is one of my favorite hidden hole type place with delicious food."

"Went to get a refreshing mango boba tea after walking around vacant new central and old town today. Mango smoothie with red bean and bobas, an interesting mix, different and not too bad either. The mango smoothie itself has 50% less sugar in it, it's good. $8.05 for my boba smoothie. $0.75 for the red bean and another $0.75 for the bobas."

"Ever walk into a business and immediately think "Wow, they're so much busier than I expected"? That was definitely my thought process walking into Starry Moon. For the time of day, I was pretty surprised at how busy they were. That isn't a negative though, just a testament to the popularity. I was in the mood for something refreshing and opted for a mango drink that was fantastic. I can't recall the exact name but it was on the specials list and it was basically a mango pudding dessert in a drink. It came with lychee and that was perfect, normally I might opt for boba but the lychee was lighter and super good too. I will definitely be back!"

"HiBoba always has really great service and really good drinks. You can't go wrong with any drink you get from HiBoba. The drinks are super personalized (sugar amount, ice amount, any additions like boba or crème brûlée topping) and always taste so good! Great employees too. Always served fast, even when there's quite a few people there. Love that they have a few different types of boba including bursting boba and the fruit boba (lychee, rainbow...). Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed."

"My friend and I went here with no huge expectations even though this particular restaurant had great reviews and high star ratings. The restaurant is very clean and has an opening and welcoming presence. We were greeted and met by a kind woman who gave us menus and told us to pick a table.We ordered dumplings of course, I had the bibimbap and my friend had the Chinese burger. Dumplings were delicious, pan fried is the way to go, boiled dumplings are not my cup of tea. The bibimbap was okay, I'm more used to the sizzling clay pot where the burnt rice on the bottom is the best part. However, her version was a clean and still yummy. On top of the rice was traditional namuls(sea weed, bean sprouts, pickled cucumbers), fried egg on top, and I added bulgogi(Korean bbq meat). The only ingredient missing which threw me for a loop was kimchi(pickled cabbage), that's a staple for Korean food. Alas, bibimbap was tasty but could be better. The Chinese burger is a good concept and was enjoyable. While waiting, I had a very nice conversation with the owner/server. She asked me if I am Korean, to which I answered yes and we automatically shared stories of our brief history. That is something I love to do and how I can connect to other Koreans. After learning brief history of her story, I understand why she has a Korean & Chinese fusion-y NM restaurant. The vibe of this place is more of a friendly, quick bite, and chill scene. I don't need expensive china plates or metal utensils to have a great experience at a restaurant. Great company, good food, and nice waitstaff/owners make a great restaurant. Also they have good Boba tea and they prepare the boba quite nicely too. Some places burn boba or don't cook enough so you get hard boba. They have a wide selection of flavors too. Whenever I get back to Santa Fe, I will be coming back for some delicious dumplings and awesome conversation."

"First time eating here (takeout only) but I have mixed feelings. The food was good but soooo sweet. My tater tots and both corn dogs were very sweet. It wasn't bad but with everything being sweet it was too much. Even the spicy dog was sweet. I cannot speak on to how authentic this is but it was decent, service was quick, but I might have to try here again before giving a better review. I think part of the issue might have been that my food was cold when I arrived but that's an issue with the online orderings pickup time. With that being said I want to say that my matcha was delicious and the crunch on the dogs was all it was hyped up yo be."

"Dang, I haven't been this impressed with boba teas in a while. You can truly taste all the time they put into prepping each ingredient. My sister has talked highly about this place for a while. She usually gets the fresh artichoke drink. One time she got three of them to go lol so I knew I had to try it! Since it was cold and I wanted a dessert, I ended up getting the mango sago. You can taste the real mango that they put in. I loved all of it with the sago (mini clear tapioca balls), mango, and coconut milk!Then for seasonal drinks, they also have black sesame drinks! We definitely wanted to try those, so we got the sesame oat milk and the sesame Taro. I don't recall a single Asian tea shop that has REAL taro in Albuquerque. You can honestly tell because it is extremely thick and tastes like the root itself! The black sesame is definitely real black sesame that was hand ground in the shop!The quality and service that was given at the shop was amazing! The decorations and the ambience was extremely neat as well! I am very surprised that there is not a lot of reviews for this shop! I would be not surprised if every single one of the items on their menu is just as fresh and delicious as the other drinks I have purchased today! I would heavily recommend anyone who wants Boba or authentic Asian tea drink to come here! It is so great!"

"Super cute new spot! Very clean and spacious. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered iced coffee with caramel syrup, brown sugar boba, chai boba and cookie dough boba. The coffee was a little watered down and not very flavorful but my kids really liked the tea. The tea is brewed, not a powder! Bonus!! I also like the fact that their drinks are not full of sugar. I'll be back and next time it will be for lunch."

"Stary Moon Boba Tea is a good place to stop in for a drink. One thing I wish is that you could select a size because I wouldn't normally get a drink quite this large. The cups are high quality and reusable for yourself (it would be great if they did an in-house reusable cup program). Service was great, quick, and our questions answered. It was quiet when we came in as the only patrons, but I enjoyed it. A good place to read or hang out with friends and play a game. They did have games on one wall."

"I recently went back to ABQ to visit family and friends and someone I love dearly heavily recommended this Boba spot "Taste They know I'm a Boba gal lolSo we went and to start, the vibes were very chill. It's giving comfy hang out energy. There were a few board games and a claw machine. Customer service was good. Very kind employees and were patient while we were super indecisive .They had so many different types of flavors it was hard to choose. Fruity, coffee, milk teas, smoothies! but I ended up choosing the Taro Crème Brûlée. It was delicious I love me a creamy Taro drink, and they did that well. I will say I wish the Taro flavor was stronger but that's cause I enjoy my Taro ! The tapioca pearls were fresh with the perfect texture.I'd definitely return to Taste Tea and try some of the other flavors."

"Local coffee fun vibes and happy staff! Stacy rocked my world with her knowledge of coffee. They serve locally roasted beans and sell whole bean coffee as well. (I'm a coffee roaster and don't waste my time on gas station mud water.) She made me a delicious Americano and they had organic cream! I'm happy I stopped in after months of driving by it's a different world inside and the other patrons were equally if not more stoked to be there. (Good community energy) Definitely try the black sesame Mochi for a small sweet cool treat!"
