Lisa Hebenstreit is phenomenal. Her expertise in real estate is wide ranging: Albuquerque and New Mexico real estate, state and local laws, specific building codes, housing market trends, home construction, and how to spot a good investment. She is very detail-oriented and thorough in her work. No detail is overlooked, no matter how small. I have used a buyer's broker in the past with good success. I like the fact they work for me, not the seller. They are looking out for my interests exclusively. However, I never expected the level of commitment and service Lisa provided. As my wife and I visited various properties, Lisa very astutely pointed out signs of neglect or potential problems. Her keen eye and knowledge of home construction was very helpful to us in choosing the right home. Once we made an offer on our chosen house, Lisa was our advocate and watch-dog. Not only did she stay on top of all the closing details, but she recommended inspections and repairs we had not even considered. At times, I was ready to just be done with the process, but Lisa encouraged us to continue to negotiate until everything was resolved. Although Lisa is a kind, gentle person, when it comes to real estate details she is like a pit bull. She will not let go of something until it is completed properly. We could not have bought our home without Lisa. Thanks to her efforts, we now have the home of our dreams.

Lisa was not able to find me a house to buy. Everything I liked would go to another buyer who had a better agent with more inside scoop. All Lisa did was hook me up to her data feed and give me excuses why the good houses would go to someone else "they paid cash" etc.

We recommend Lisa Hebenstreit without reservation. We had never sold a home by owner before, nor had our buyer ever bought a home without the assistance of a realtor before. So, both parties were somewhat apprehensive. Nonetheless, with Lisa's guidance we sold the house quickly and without any problems. Actually, it was seamless--really a very good experience, for both seller and buyer. Lisa provided us with comparables and advice about pricing our house. She listed our house on MLS which meant that buyers saw our listing on Zillow, Trulia, and other real estate search sites. When we had an offer, she provided us with the Offer to Purchase form and counseled us through the rest of the process. Her referrals for assisting professionals were also helpful and reasonably priced (photographer, title company, real estate attorney, etc.). Honestly, from our experience, you could not go wrong with Lisa and her service!
