I can't say enough about Burque Eats Food Truck! The amount of love that goes into their New Mexican cuisine is unsurpassable. I have tried several items from their food truck, and the tortilla burger is my fave! The red chile is seasoned well and has the most amazing flava-flav! The owner, Jackie Sanchez, is making her homemade New Mexican plates with love! You definitely need to try her fresh made sopapillas as well as her red chile fries!
