Amazing massage, good value for the duration and quality of the massage. We called and were immediately booked for a same-day appointment.

Although I asked for a 90 minute deep tissue and got a 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones, it was still amazing. I was totally relaxed and worked out some knots in my back. Looks like they remodeling a bit inside but room was very clean and ambiance was relaxing and inviting. I will definitely go back.

They were able to get me in same day! Clean space, kind staff, and relaxing environment. Location is easy to get to with plenty of parking and they offer a wide variety of service and time duration.

Great massage! There was a little bit of confusion because we thought we were getting the regular full-body massages, but once we were on the tables they asked us if we wanted strong massages and we both said yes. When we came out we were told those were deep tissue and that is an extra charge. We didn't mind because those ladies worked hard and the price is very reasonable for a deep tissue that even included back walking and hot stones, but if this is something that would bother you, it's something to keep in mind. In our eyes, they earned every penny! Also, the ambience is so cozy and relaxing!

Amazing massage business! As you first walk in it's very inviting and clean. The staff is kind and the massage was one of the top 3 I've ever had. If you're not used to Asian massage practices it may catch you by surprise with hot stones, and deep tissue techniques like walking on back. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Worth the money. I was a bit worried at first having to pay upfront when I booked online but it wasn't a problem. I will definitely return one day.

I was touched inappropriately, by an older male staff member. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage... We both look younger, despite being in our late twenties, and I do believe this was a contributing factor; that being the reason I bring it up. The first major red flag: they gave him a female masseuse and me, a male. Why? There were no other customers, and they had 2 other woman who were seemingly available to do my massage. At any spa I have been to they will always ask permission before a man will do your massage, or if you have a gender "preference". There was none of that here. I should've walked away at that point or requested someone else, but we had appointments and my boyfriend needed it, so decided against saying anything/leaving right away. I am not a confrontational person (took me awhile to work up the courage to even write this review), and the language barrier at this business makes it almost impossible to communicate with most of the staff as well. They start working... immediately the man was rough and spent MOST of the time rubbing my upper butt and "upper thighs"(exactly how/where you're thinking)! Despite my saying my neck and upper back were the issue. I would feel violated the same if a woman touched me this way. It was invasive and disgusting. He also left way more than half my buttocks exposed (all of it, basically) for MOST of it as well. I pulled up the towel twice when he stepped out of the room, and it would not stay where I put it... He also did not cover "between my legs" AT ALL while working on my lower half. I was sick to my stomach during this. He was also breathing extremely loud. My boyfriend even brought up the breathing afterwards, and how it was so loud he could hear it, even from the other massage table... Still have not even told my boyfriend about what happened, because I feel guilt for not stopping the session immediately or at least telling him that night. But what I can tell you; I haven't gotten a massage ANYWHERE since. Can't stand the thought of it or the thought I paid them for this "service". Despite this, want to be 100% transparent, boyfriend had no issues, even quite enjoyed his massage that night. Another thing I want to bring up, is the number of cameras at Bunk House Massage. The room that we were brought into had LARGE televisions, displaying all of the cameras throughout the property. This is the room we actually received the massage... Why would you work on clients in a room hosting all your CCTV feeds? I don't know if this place is just genuinely uneducated on proper conduct in a "Spa/Massage" setting, or if what I went through was intentional. But either way, it needs to be addressed, and I hope no one else will ever have this experience.

This did not give me the spa experience I was wanting. The music was really loud and it was hard to relax. The pressure was really hard, and I wasn't able to communicate with the masseuse due to the language barrier. The place was outdated. The prices were good.

This place is amazing! Everything is clean, great customer service, amazing service, very affordable! If you're in need of a massage or foot massage, this is your place! I can't wait to go again!
