From time to time you come across a great experience.I have used Buildology for all my rock and stone needs. Once again great quality product that looks great. Dinae made sure it was a smooth transaction with pin point accuracy and that the customer was taken care of. I would like to say thank you and your kindness was appreciated.

today was my second trip to build all of you and I was very pleased with their customer service Sam out in the yard was especially helpful kudos to Sam thank you very much for helping me when I come in. He makes my day easier and less stressful very good forklift operator.PRACE

This place is awesome! They not only have the best selection and fair prices but the people that work here are the best! They are always extremely polite, helpful and overall very pleasant to work with!

Buildology is a wonderful company . Their prices are reasonable and the driver was right on time. The only issue was that the driver had an attitude. He kept saying he was going to tear up his tires backing into our driveway. He want exactly pleasant. Other then that, the company is great!!

They were professional and helpful when my husband and I had no experience with landscaping/purchasing rock. Great pricing and all of their workers, from the front desk to the people driving the forklifts helping load trucks, were all very kind. Great business; we'll be coming here for all of our future purchases.

Brian at BuiIdology recommended Jesus Sotelo Gravel located in Bernalillo,NM. Jesus Sotelo Gravel did a Fantastic job cleaning up a flooded driveway and laying new gravel. I highly recommend Jesus.My only complaint is that I ordered 3/4 river round gravel and received a mix of that and very small pebbles. I wanted the larger stones because pebbles get stuck in the tread of shoe soles and then walked into my house. I guess I am stuck with small pebbles.

Called looking for some material, was told they had it and I had them tag what I needed, said I would pick up tomorrow. When I called back the next day to arrange pick up I was told they were out of stock! This cos me time and money! GET YOUR INVENTORY STRAIGHT!!!

I ordered 3 cu ft of 3/4" grey rock for my yard in Albuquerque, NM. I received 1 cu ft of 3/4" grey rock mixed with 2 cu ft of pebbles. I returned to the business to complain about the pebbles and was told by Reuben to "just walk on the rock, the small stones will sink to the bottom." Being a senior citizen and a Vietnam Era Army Veteran I did not know how to handle this comment. I went home and the more I thought about it the more frustrated I became. I telephoned Buildology and spoke with Reuben. I explained the situation again, to him. He said, " I don't understand what you mean by pebbles." So I said, "You work for a rock/stone/boulder company and you don't understand what a pebble is. There is something wrong here." That is when he accused me of giving him attitude. Was not my intention to give you attitude. I could not understand that you could not understand what pebbles were. He took my information and promised someone would return my call. That was a week ago. I do not believe anyone will return my phone call, so I intend to step this up to the next legal level and see what a judge thinks about this situation. I'll report back.
