Buehler Moving - Albuquerque

At the end of the unloading, my husband was signing paperwork. Jonny yet again made a comment to my husband "you really don't get to make any decisions around here do you?"When my curio cabinet was being loaded off the truck, I said please be careful with that. It's very fragile and I don't want it broken. Jonny could have just thank you for informing us, we'll be more cautious. Instead, he threatened us saying he'll just pack up and leave and to just let him do his job since he does this every day. His attitude and customer service was awful. Hopefully whoever gets this company, Johnny isn't part of the crew!!!

Do not use this company. I have sent multiple emails to the owner about how dissatisfied I am with their service and he has not bothered to return any of them. It took over a week to get my things. They were packed into a create and shipped who knows were (my move was only about 400 miles). When I got my boxes they were smashed and multiple things were broken. I have moved myself multiple times in my life and have never broken anything. How is it that professional movers who get payed $3200 can't take the time to care about what they are doing. Zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and rent a UHAUL and do it yourself. The pictures that show up here are just stock mayflower photos Buehler is not this organized or professional.
