Called this place a little before Christmas. The gentleman that I spoke with over the phone let me know that he could take a look at my tv. The backlight of my tv went out suddenly for no reason. Total cost to get it repaired was a little over $200. Totally worth the money since I bought this tv almost 5 years ago and it was $500. When I bought it. The same tv in today's market cost $1000. If you have any tv issues or electronic issues take it here and they will do it right! Tv has been working great since I got it back. Great service and quality work!!

I brought in my Murantz stereo receiver that's in mint condition that I was having some issues with the left channel. They fixed it and took care of everything perfectly. I was quite worried having someone work on this 1,800 receiver but after this experience I would recommend anyone to come here. Thanks again.

I am not typically one that feels compelled enough either way to leave a review. However, budget TV was terrible throughout our entire experience. They never bothered to call us, each time we waited until well after the time estimate given before calling them. Slow service (around the holidays) is forgivable. However, not communicating is not. When, we were ultimately told that our less than 1 year old TV was unrepairable ( not budget tv's fault). My wife called to make sure that it was available for us to pick up (we wanted to try and work on a warranty through the manufacturer and or Costco) . We were told to come pick it up, when we did, we were told that it had been recycled. They did not bother to call and let us know it had been recycled. Again, poor communication. Quick summary, over 2 weeks to look at our TV , another 2 weeks for a part, 1 hour to recycle without permission. Bad deal, no apology!

I purchased a power supply board for my TV and realized that after 10 minutes, that I ordered the wrong part. I immediately emailed and called the customer to ask them to cancel the order. Both of my messages fell on deaf ears, and the part was sent to me anyway. I contacted Paypal, since I paid for the part with my Paypal account and had no success with reaching out to this business first and foremost because they seem to never answer the phone, it always goes to voicemail. Jeff (the owner) finally emailed me after Paypal became involved with this and stated that he would refund my $49.16 after the part was sent back. I sent the part back in new, unused condition still packed in the original box. I reached out Budget TV several days after the USPS emailed me confirmation of delivery to the front desk reception, I left a detailed voicemail to Jeff and company. I still have not received my refund. I am out of $49.16 plus $8.45 I spent to ship the part back to this company. This company is a ripoff, and does not respond to their customer's inquiries. Do not get shafted, spend your money elsewhere!

I took my 2007 50 inch Panasonic plasma TV to Budget TV, as a last resort. In fact, when I brought it in, I was actually giving it to Jack, for use as parts. He asked why I didn't want it repaired. I responded that every other place told me that this TV could no longer be fixed, and should dispose of it. Fortunately, another repaair shop suggested I bring it to Jack for parts or disposition. Luckily, Jack was able to repair it, for a great price, and now I have my plasma tv working as good as when I bought it.

I have many vintage radio and stereophonic systems, and have used several technicians throughout the country. Budget TV is by far the best the best I have worked with. My current project is a 1965 Magnavox Astro Sonic console that needed recapping and alignment. This system includes FM auto find along with sonic remote control and is very complicated. The shop did a splendid job of repairing the system to like new condition for a fair price.

My 50-year-old RCA stereo had been stashed in a closet for over 30 years. When I recently acquired a stack of vinyls from a friend, I tried to use my old turntable(s) and nothing worked. I decided to take the RCA to Jack. He was so excited about the possibility of repairing the vintage stereo and turntable that I left them there. It took several weeks to get them back because a number of gummed-up parts had to be ordered. I got both units back today and it was worth the wait! It sounds just like I remembered when I made my first major purchase as a young girl in Nashville, TN.Jack was extremely personable and easy to work with. I will bring other "dead" items ro Budget TV in the future to challenge Jack. If it's worth keeping, it should be in the best state of repair.

Called as a favor to a family member. While Budget TV did not have the parts we needed, they gave me advice on how to fix the problem, order parts directly so it was cheaper for us with no benefit to them other than just being an honest person. We are small business owners ourselves and know that an honest company in any industry is worth it's weight in gold...and sadly, pretty rare.
