**DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND***AAA and miltary discount availableThank you for allowing me to provide feedback regarding Budget Transmission Masters.My Mars orange car was in need of a preventative maintenance service that involved draining old transmission fluid and replacing it with new fluid. I phoned several places and was referred to Budget Transmission Masters by 2 other automotive businesses. Andrew was phenomenal with explaining the fluid exchange proccess and wait time. He was highly professional and confident with transmission knowledge.Basically everything was amazing from scheduling the appointment by phone, to how fast my car's transmission fluid exchange service was done and offering the price of the product compared with other stores. This was my first experience and I highly recommend Budget Transmission Masters.

Based on my experience with this business I can highly recommend their service. Background: Mazda with 120 k miles on a working automatic transmission. Old fluid, long time since last change. 1) Several other local shops refused to perform a filter change due to high mileage. 2) Transmission Masters stated that they could perform the filter change by appointment.3. Appointment set by telephone call. Upon arrival TM immediately initiated the repair. Shop appeared well maintained.4. Technicians presented the evidence of wear (not unexpected on high mileage vehicle), and their assessment of the repair.5. Technicians completed repair and performed successful test drive. Bottom line: TM performed a small job that other companies refused, and did this in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to bring them more business in the future, large or small.

I wouldn't recommend this place. First it took 14 days to get my car. The only reason I think I got it it's because I hounded them to get my car. Secondly my tires were new and now I have a nail came in my tires were fine picked it up tire pressure light is on and have a nail in one of my tires. Thirdly someone from this place stole my car charger and my company phone. Fourthly they had too leave my car light on because my battery is dead and now I have to buy a new battery. Fifthly they broke the lever to pop my hood and now I don't know how I'm going to replace my battery if I can't open the hood. Lastly the guy tried to charge me way more than. He told me I would have to pay for the diagnostic but after I called and spoke to several people I found out that's discounted if I get my car serviced her. I'm so unhappy with this place. Don't waste your time or money. And now I have to file a police report for a phone that they can't even use. I'm so upset

Wonderful experience at this shop. Awesome customer service. Reasonably priced. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them..

These people really screwed me. They only didn't fix my Cadillac they made things worse. And I didn't like the turnaround time so husband called me back with attitude lol. Do not come here. They break your tranny so you have to fix it with them. Don't very come to a tranny shop for service as they make it to where you have to come by for a full rebuild. So pep boys can do a flush no problem!

Truck ended up with a problem going into park after a new transmission was put in for $3600. They then charged me for assessing the issue that they caused. The problem WAS NOT there prior to having a new transmission installed. Customer service not clear. Got completely f***ed by these people. Really sad I cannot recommend them now.

I rather not spend my time leaving a review but my experience there was AWFUL. First off, I'd like to consider they are called Budget Transmissions.. The quality of work is okay and took longer than I had expected. With the amount of time they had you'd expect to have your vehicle ready and move on with your life.. On top of this concern you have to deal with a young receptionist that is uninformed about her role, and kept giving me misinformation about my vehicle, she had lack of professionalism and awful communication skills. I would've been okay with the time frame but when you have a representative who is negative and unknowledgeable, it definitely decreases your experience. ( budgeting for low value work ethic ) This will be the last time I go here and being in the auto industry I will also be discouraging my network to skip this place.

I was loosing power and the diagnostic code was transmission.I ended up having a seal leak which was far less expensive than the transmission. I appreciated their honesty. Reasonable turn around time.

2003 Ford F350 6.0L Diesel. Had the Transmission fully rebuilt here in Feb 2022.. worked great until September 27 2023 the tranny would NOT shift. had it towed back in the following Thursday (09/28/2023) is still under warranty. Fluid levels showed good in warm. etc etc etc. Have NOT had a call back from them yet and it is 10/ 03/2023...... full review of experiance and service to be added later.

Cathy and the crew over a Budget Transmission were great about servicing our car, which has their replacement transmission from earlier this year. They couldn't find the issue we were experiencing, which is great news for us, and they also identified an issue with the oil filter housing, which we would never have guessed if we hadn't brought the car in. Cathy was great, friendly, curteous, and really made me feel taken care of. I definitely recommend them for your auto needs!Cynthia
