This food is amazing. Home cook feel and taste. The pizza was probably my top 2 favorite so far! One pizza is perfect for one person.
Indian Taco on what I roughly measured as a 10" plate. So about a 6" diameter $10 Indian Taco.

The food was amazing! I would recommend to anyone. If you like that home cooked taste and feel then this place is the best choice. Pizza is amazing Frito pie is on point. There is nothing that I would change about my visit. Even the young lady was welcoming and personable. She is going places in life.

Bottom Line:Unpretentious food from friendly folks. Portion (Indian Taco) seemed small'ish for a meal.Top Line:Gotta give a shout-out to the friendly gang running this food truck. They've been friendly & engaging both times I've bumped into them at Marble Westside. Nice guys in my experience. This round I went with an Indian Taco from Brooke's for the second time. Still a tenner plus tax to get one. This one seemed distinctly smaller (about 6-7" diameter is my roughly measured guess) than I remember the first one being about a year ago IIRC, so the value ratio may be fading. Flavor wise the Indian Taco was okay to good, with the complexity running on the low side. But the dish had a moderate spicy kick & easily ingested soft texture. Refried beans and cheese, plus tomato & lettuce, were the major players. The meat hardly registered as being present at all, though it was supposedly included. Temperature wise it was lukewarm. So bland & unimpactful on that front. The bread base was a disappointment. In my world Indian tacos come on frybread that's fresh out of the deep fryer bath. Oily outside with a crispy exterior and tender chewy inside. Brooke's bread platter for the Indian Taco was Boboli from a grocery store near as I could tell. It was a puffy doughy white bread round sans frying or crispification. It was tender however, but in a white Wonder Bread sort of way. Next time I bump into the Brooke's food truck, I may have to try their burgers, which I'm assuming are fried upon ordering, to get into the hot & freshly prepared category.

Inexpensive. Better than most overpriced New Mexico restaurants. Friendly served comfort food.

So I think the idea is great, mobile bar food. Brats, dogs, tacos, nachos, etc. that is where it ends. The food is mostly put together by others. Nachos use refried beans from a can, chips are from sams club. Brat needs to be grilled at the end, you can tell it is just boiled and needs something different.

Agree 100% with what the first review said. I don't get this food truck. None of their food tastes like things made from a food truck. It's plain, soulless, and lazy mix and combination of someone's pantry from Costco.
