I'm so glad we found this company. We recently moved out here on military orders and had limited time to find a rental home. First off, We used a couple other companies at first that we found through Zillow and did a few showings. We were pretty disappointed. We were running g into issues left and right with communication issues first, and then we would go do a tour and the house would be absolutely disgusting. Then we found Brickley. Right off the bat, the homes on thier website looked night and day nicer than what Zillow was offering and we found a couple that were not on Zillow at all. One to include the perfect house. The right one. We applied immediately and started the process. This company is very thorough in thier application process and it did take just under week to get a lease written up. In that week, we checked out a few other homes through Brickley and I must say, they actually looked like all the pictures showed, unlike other companies that used old photos and didn't show the true nature of the home. Every single house we looked at through Brickley was nice. But overall we got the only one that really stood put above the rest. Thank you Brandy for making this a pleasant experience and for following up with us in a timely fashion when we emailed. I definitley reccomend this company if anyone needs a rental in the Albuquerque area.

First-time renter and I'm so glad I chose to go with Brickleys! Brandy was such a reliable and essential part in getting our application processed and approved. The application was easy to follow, highlighted important deadlines, and emails were delivered in a timely & manageable manner. From start to finish, our application cycle lasted around 2 weeks! Very fast & easy!

I have had rental properties for 15 years and my experience with Brinkley's was the absolute worst. These people will not take care of your property nor will they answer questions about an ongoing repair. If you own property, run far away from these sleazy people who will happily take your money but provide no service.

My roommate and I are currently renting a house through Brickley's. The application process went smoothly and was fast. Communication with them has always been very good with short response times, which is great when you have questions that need to be answered promptly. I think they are very professional as a company and we were happy to deal with them. The house we are renting is older so it has its occasional issues, but it is very easy to make a work order through their portal to get something fixed. It is still early on in our leasing contract, so I will make it a point to return to do a review update when we move out

Very strict for no reason. We can verify $13,000 monthly income for a property that is $2500, yet because one our co-applicants has their name on a mortgage, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T PAY THE RENT because the ex-spouse is while waiting for it to get sold, we're not meeting 2x rent for BOTH properties. Literally losing an easy situation because they can't look at context and be reasonable.Waste of time and money. Don't submit applications if through this property manager.

With a credit score in the 820s, a clean background report, no eviction history, and an income exceeding $200,000, we were astounded when Brickley's flatly refused to even let us complete an application due to a lack of prior rental history. Their rigid policy, demanding previous landlord and rental information, regardless of income and many other qualifying factors, feels not only shortsighted but downright discriminatory. Brittany confirmed this is their absurd policy when I called. She told us we need a cosigner lol. It's baffling that they'd rather leave the property empty than consider highly qualified renters. While it may not be illegal, it's certainly an unethical practice. Perhaps they'll eventually find renters who are willing to fabricate references just to meet their flawed risk model.Update: The fact the property remains unrented after being listed for over 90 days is a real disservice to both the property owner (their client) and the many potential renters who are being excluded by Brickley's discriminatory "risk model". We've decided to buy a home sooner than we expected but I feel terrible for anyone that has fewer options and that are forced to work with these horrible property management companies like Brickley's.

terrible company me and my family are trying to move into this 3 bedroom house and was already at the screen process just to get pushed back for another application when we were already in that process of background checks now back to square one would not recommend this place very rude

Through the whole entire process, we experienced great customer service. They were super helpful answering any questions for me and my fiancé, and found the perfect home for our family to rent would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy homes.

Brickley's did a thorough job taking us through the entire process to rent a home. Although in my opinion the process was a little too arduous. I have worked with other management companies that don't require as much information. We are in our new rental home and are very happy.

I scheduled a viewing for a property, drove all the way out to the property and did what the instructions said to view it. The text said it would send me a code to get inside to view the property and never did even after I text the 8 digit lockbox code that I was supposed to. I wasted my time and gas and could not call Brickleys to help since it was on the weekend and they were closed (even though they say you can schedule 7 days a week). My husband even got off early to see it. This pace is VERY unprofessional even though they seem to be so strict on their website with their tenants. Thanks a lot, Brickleys, you wasted my time and money! I won't be going back!
