Brian Mozley - Financial Mortgage Solutions

I just completed my second transaction through FMS and realized it was past time to write a Yelp review! I found Brian and his team via referral from my realtor; before I even found a house I liked, I met with Brian and learned a bunch about the different types of home loans and programs available for me as a first time buyer. He was very clear with me about everything from up front costs and long-term savings to how his company gets paid in all this. Though I struggled to find a house, I was prepared with my pre-approval in hand and when I did finally find "the one," the loan side of the purchase was really the easy part (scary, but easy). I checked with my own bank to see if they were able to beat the deal Brian found for me and they could not - even my bank's agent said it was a great deal. Fast forward a year and a half, and mortgage rates had dropped 1.625% from my original loan, so I reached out to Brian and asked him if he could run some numbers to see if refinancing would work out to be a good deal for me. He did, and called me to walk through the numbers over the phone. He found me another great option, and just yesterday I signed the paperwork to close on my new loan. I recommend Brian and his team to all of my friends and acquaintances who mention they are looking to buy a home.

Brian and the team at FMS are wizards at this stuff. They got my investment property a rate that was much lower than I thought I was going to get, and even worked with my soft second mortgage to get it all done in record time. Awesome job guys!

Brian and his team know their stuff and have handled multiple loans for me over the past ten years. What I appreciate most is the strategic thinking he brings to the table, ensuring we make a move that's not just smart for the opportunity in question but makes sense for my overall objectives. He also uses electronic paperwork to make the process much more seamless. There are a lot of bumps that can happen in the mortgage process but FMS makes sure it all gets done right.

Just amazing! Brian Mozley and his team were just extraordinary. They refinanced our NM home (a second home) despite many obstacles. And they did so with grace and extraordinary attention to detail. Responsive 7 days a week. And we even got a better rate than we expected - I would give 10 stars if I could.

Brian may be the best guy you want when you are buying/refinancing a home, but he needs to review his marketing tactics. Not sure where/how he got my information, but whatever he used gave me a robo-phone call, a text, AND an email within the space of a few seconds. This is absolutely over the top, especially considering whatever information he had on me was over two months old and I'd moved on already. I've asked him to remove me from any list he has, perhaps if I don't hear from him, I'll consider removing this review.
