Bravo Carpet Care

They did a terrible job cleaning my sofa!I do not recommend this company even though they sound real nice and friendly over the phone! Best to use some kind of cleaner other than what they use if you want your sofa, or whatever you're cleaning, to actually get clean or you'll just be wasting your money with this company!I'd give no stars if it were possible.You're welcome. :)

Bravo carpet cleaning is amazing. I recently bought a house where the owners had dogs who peed a lot on the upstairs carpet. I had a different carpet cleaning company come and the job was ok, not great, still had a strong order and was expensive. Bravo came and my old carpet looks great and the smell is gone!! I thought their price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning!!

Two carpet cleaners came out the next day after I called. I only needed one room cleaned but they charge the same minimum ($99 plus tax) for three rooms. The other two bedrooms were fine, but the master bedroom which had stains since we bought the house did not come out clean. Also, the carpet took FOREVER to dry. I called about the remaining stains and odors and they came out and cleaned it again. It was somewhat better but not great. Sadly, I would not use them again. I think any carpet cleaning company should assess the carpets prior to cleaning and get it right the first time. I would also like to find a carpet cleaner that can truly extract most of the (dirty) water out of the carpet.

Bravo just came out to clean my carpets. The were both efficient and polite. Some people complain about their price, but remember you get what you pay for. They didn't waste time and got straight to cleaning. Someone else complained about the noise of the truck, I live in a condo complex and all companies have loud trucks. I would recommend them and plan to use them again.

I live 5 houses away from where this company is currently working. The noise from their truck is ridiculously loud and constant. My double-pane windows block most noise. It's winter and they're shut. It's been going on for about two hours. If you hate your neighbors, hire this company.

Disappointed! Terrible job cleaning grout! There was NO difference in the grout before and after. As a matter of fact, I put a commercial grout cleaning product on the grout after they left and had better results. Don't waste your money! Also, staff not friendly.

Tina and the bravo team did a great job. They were super quick and showed up on time. There was a slight communication issue but they made it right for me. I would recommend them to friends and family. They were quicker than anyone else I called for the job. Thanks
