What a find! We were staying in Socorro for a work trip, and we ventured out to Box Canyon on our last day as they had been closed most days we were there. It was a chilly night so there weren't a ton of people out and about, but the ambiance of Box Canyon was warm and welcoming and just what I was looking for. They had a diverse list of beers for such a small brewery, and wasn't able to choose just one. I did a flight instead (they also have smaller pours if you just want to sample one or two). We chatted with David, who I believe is the owner, and he was so knowledgeable and willing to share all about the brewing operation. It was fun to learn how he made each beer, and they were really good. I don't usually like an IPA, but I even liked the IPA! Multiple of us commented on how good the red ale was, and it was unique in that it looked kinda like a stout. The panini menu is also lovely, and it's nice to find something different from the other restaurants in Socorro. I would definitely recommend checking this place out before a lot of the others.

Great lil brewery. Beers are in point and the owners and staff are super friendly. We love that they're open early so we can stop by when driving through town.

Tasty adult beverages, grilled sandwiches and salads in a relaxed atmosphere. They have a small well currated selection on tap as well as their own brews. Friendly staff too!

This place is a gem. We stopped in during our 6 week camping trip through NM and TX and are so glad we did. We tried a variety of the beers and settled on the Optional Disorientation IPA and the Red--both superb. Really rich profile on the red especially. Also had lunch and we're very happy--my chicken/artichoke panini was extremely fresh and the caprese wrap my husband had was delicious. Every single person with whom we interacted was helpful and welcoming. Plus, it was open mic afternoon so we got some great music! Family-friendly atmosphere, clean and comfortable, this is what a brewery should be. Kudos to Dave and Paula and best of luck! We took some growlers with us and will stop in next time we're through.

The food was good- the Panninis were excellent. We found the restaurant going through town. The only brew pub open after 8 on a Sundays. The ambiance had a nice vibe. VLA was playing and we will be back when they play again someday. The service was pleasant and efficient. The Disorientation IPA was very good, the others we tried were okay.

The food was excellent, particularly the poke and the kombucha. It's a brewery with a lovely coffee shop feel to it and the staff were very friendly. I'm looking forward to going back!

Stopped in on our way to Roswell. Had a great sandwich and a local beer made in-house. It's definitely worth trying out if you're in the neighborhood. Great music and service, too!
