Bourbon & Boots

We were downtown doing some bar hopping and this was the last place we stopped. They had a DJ that was playing a good variety of music. Everyone danced and had a great time. There was a good selection of beer and drinks. The restroom was clean and there was plenty of seating for our group. The staff was friendly and attentive. If you are looking to just relax and have a good time then this place is for you.

They collaborate with wing it up now. Wings are pretty good, but WAY over salted. Inside the place was okay. Service was nonexistent and they require payment (and tip) before the food is ever even turned into the kitchen. Area is really sketch so be careful.

I can't rave enough about the quality service, food and ambiance Bourbon & Boots exudes! I hosted a wedding shower for 30 guests with the assistance of the incredible, professional and helpful GM, Rhiannon. Before arriving to decorate my event, the staff already had tables and table clothes ready. They took the guess work out of a very special occasion. Please try their brunch- eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and yogurt parfaits were delicious. Not to mention the most tasty breakfast potatoes I've ever tried. The waitresses and staff took amazing care of my large party! Especially Brianna, attentive, friendly and professional! If you have an event or just want a good drink with yummy food with a killer setting try Bourbon & Boots!

Was excited to try a new place on vacation but when we tried to go in during open hours we were rudely greeted by a strange man with no indication that he even worked there mumbling "not tonight". When my partner tried to confirm if he meant they weren't serving food tonight he again just mumbled "not tonight". We left feeling extremely confused and uncomfortable. While we tried to figure out what to do next that man and another man inside the restaurant just stared at us through the front doors. Overall I'm not sure what the issue was but I would suggest customer service training for the staff who great customers. I didn't appreciate the weird looks after the whole ordeal from two men either. It felt really gross. I would say try elsewhere so you're not treated the same.

Doesn't update holiday hours. Lack of detail in everything related to this restaurant.

So much potential yet so much disappoinment. Looks like a great renovation from the old Maloney's when you walk in but the service was horrible. The female bartender was working her butt off servicing the entire long bar table, cleaning tables, etc the other staff not so much. We came during a non-peak hour and it took 40 min to get service. Unfortunately it had a lot of hype but a lot of disappointment.

Entered the establishment with some hope was met with some resistance. The staff was not attentive at all! A large group went in after me and they catered to them but not my small group. It is clear they are all about the $$$. Perhaps some further training should be provided. Couldn't help feeling a certain race was given treatment prior to us. Unfortunate. Tons of potential here. Never got to try the food as service never came our way. Very small damce floor if your wondering. The Bar back could not even tell me what his favorite dish was. The restrooms were meh, kinda run down for a "renovated" bar. Feel free to see what I mean on attached photo. Left immediately to 505 courtyard and that was a far better choice. Only one street away to the west.

This place sucks it wreaks of shit and piss, disgusting undercooked food, would not recommend this bar to anyone, the service was mediocre at best

Amazing service and drinks by some of the most beautiful bartenders I've seen in Albuquerque! They have an impressive selection of hard to find bourbons and whiskey, and Krystal steals the show with her margarita.... Tall cowboys working security were very courteous and professional. Can't wait to two step with the ladies with Nathaniel Krantz playing live next weekend!
