Very happy with the results of my brow lamination/tint and lash tint. This was my first time in and first time receiving these services. Emily was so gentle, talked me through it and let me look in the mirror after every step. She did a beautiful job!The salon was very clean and welcoming. The owner was there when I checked in and she was very pleasant. Great first impressions - looking forward to more services from this spa!

I wish I could add more stars because the facial I received from Larissa today was excellent! My 60 min facial was an incredibly relaxing experience. All of the products she used not only felt amazing, but smelled amazing. My senses were so delighted and I enjoyed the massage as well. We talked about my skin and went over the products afterwards that I could use daily. I did purchase a lotion and left glowing from the inside out! I was also able to speak with the owner, Kristen, before I left about a future brow and lash appointment. Everyone seemed very friendly and genuine. Thank you Botanica for making my first experience a great one! I'll be back.

It took me a moment to write this review because I wanted to return from my Euro-trip to talk to an esthetician. I got Yelp bucks to try this place and I told Kristin from the beginning that I would be reviewing her. My appointment was for a brow tint and lash perm. I have light brown (honey) eyes and I use more of an auburn brow color on my eyebrows. I brought my makeup with me. My regular esthetician told me to be clear with her because my hair is dark and I wanted auburn. When I got to the appointment we sat down and I told Kristin that I wanted auburn. I also told her what I was instructed "I know you're going to suggest darker because it will lighten but this is the color I want." She seemed to understand. As the appointment began she seemed to be flying through things. She was explaining step-by-step what she was doing. We did brows first. It seemed quick. Then we went to lashes. At one point she asked "do you have curly hair?" I told her it is an uneven curl. She told me she would set a timer for 7 minutes. This is while the perm solution was on my lashes. No alarm went off. She was putting things away. Then she came back and it was NOT 7 minutes. It was 3 minutes at best and began removing my right eye lash treatment and set-up. Then the left. BOOM: we were done. I looked and and I pointed out spots on my eyebrows that my skin was dyed but it was NOWHERE near my hair on my eyebrow. I was afraid. She said "it would fade" as would all the color stuck to my skin. The issue is the color stuck to my skin was not even and was DARK BROWN. She then went on to say "I'm happy it took at all with how thin your eyebrows are I didn't think it was going to take." I kept looking in the mirror. It was DARK. She then went on to say exactly what I warned her not to do "it is a bit darker but it will lighten to the color you want." This is upsetting because as it fades that's time you spend and wanted your brows to be the color YOU want. Also, if she didn't think it was going to work, then why didn't she stop me? Why would you do a service that might not even work without saying so upfront except to get someone's money? This is bad business practice. Lastly, I was told "do henna next time if you want more red" however WHY would I go to someone who didn't stay in the lines of my brow with tint do a permanent RED? Onto the eyelash's: I'm sad. She did not leave the solution on long enough. Not even her 7 minutes. My esthetician say my left eyelashes are not permed correctly, and they are missing spaces. The inner lashes curl into my eyelid and are cross-crossed all over each other. The end lashes are still stick straight. I don't sleep on my side or back so this is not human error. I can't curl my ends bc it curls the inner lashes more. I can't wear mascara because it brings out the half-hearted job. Kristin was super focused on brushing the left inner eyelashes when we stopped and now I know why: she was trying to set them straight so that I didn't notice when I left. In addition, I was told this process should have taken 30-45 mins itself. It didn't. She rushed it. Now my eyelashes are a mess. I couldn't go back because, as I told Kristin, I left to Europe the next day. Overall, this is a LONG review but the appointment lasted 45mins in total. This is purposely long because women going to get semi-permanent things done to their face need to know what they are getting into. I have an appointment at BeatBox Beauty Co. to correct my eyelashes later this month. Ashley is not my esthetician who looked over my face to confirm what I thought but she is known and reviewed with the highest of marks. If you're going to spend over $100 on two processes. Don't go somewhere they rush you in and out. Don't go somewhere they say "I didn't even think it would take" AFTER they have done and are willing to charge you for it. Always keep in mind all your options. Lastly, knowing I was going to review this and still this half-hearted service was received says measures.UPDATE: The owner knows this review is up, and posts on Yelp that she answers to things within 2hrs but seeing that there has been no word regarding this service, again with the OWNER KNOWING I was doing a review then I'm forced to give it the 1 star it deserves. I gave it 2 originally thinking any one of these issues would be addressed but they haven't, and I still can't curl one side of my eyelashes and the other half are stick straight.

On my third day of my AHHHMAZING peel and I was shocked at how new and soft it feels!! THE THING IS SOOOO GENTLE, and easy...and it starts kinda slow....but when it hits!!! YAAAAASSSS HONEY!!! I don't need someone to BURN my face..shit I've only got ONE!!! It's one of BEST peels and if you can do a facial with a peel!!! FORGET ABOUT IT!!! My face is SNATCHED AND READY!!!! Thank you sooo much ‼‼

I'm an out of towner here for business and since I come here often, I try to find places where I can do the things I often don't have time to do at home. However, I brows are high consequence and it's not easy to let someone new touch them!I took a chance and called in to hopefully get a last minute appointment. Kristin accommodated me and took me after her last scheduled appt of the day. Then, she did an amazing and quick job on my eyebrows! I had two mismatch brows and now they match! So glad I took the risk because I feel like my brows look the best they have looked in a while. Her place seemed pretty clean and she was friendly and personable. I will definitely be back when I'm in town again

I love this place and have gotten multiple brow laminations from different people.However I got my first lash lift ever at from botanical recently and it didn't even last 24 hours and was hardly noticeable.I read about other failed lifts and it usually is a result of too much glue.I feel like it was mentioned that the glue was new to the aesthetician to me while she worked on my lashes.Nonetheless I tipped 20% to be kind but after not even 24 hours it looks like nothing happened to my lashes at all and feels like a waste of money.My brows however always look great when I come here.

I recently received a lash lift and micro current facial from Megan. She is truly amazing! Kind, friendly, and clearly explained the entire process of each service. She made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job on my skin and with my lashes. I'm extremely happy with the results of both services and highly recommend Megan! Kristin and her team at Botanica strive for the best service and atmosphere for all clients.

Had the best microderm abrassion at Botanica Skin and Brow Studio. it begins with a cleanse and then the microderm. The pressure was perfect. After the microderm there's a facial with a lovely face, hand and arm massage. It's peaceful and relaxing. My face feels refreshed and revitalize.

Glad I found this place. Faith does a wonderful job on my brows, wax and tint. She is also very kind and genuine.

Larissa did my facial, she is wonderful!!! My face looks and feels so much younger, softer brighter! She is a very talented and knowledgeable about skin and the products. i will definitely be back again Thank you for making me look and feel so much younger!
