We got here right as they opened and we were greeted by the friendly bartender. My husband and I both ordered an old fashioned and even though it's a brewery they know how to make good cocktails. I had the Mac and cheese which was nice, creamy, delicious with a bit of a bite from the green chile. I also had a taste of my husband's bratwurst and fries and I really enjoyed it. I think I may have to order that next time I go. The place was quiet, but I think it's because we beat the lunch crowd. They also have a nice patio area that I think will be great for when it's not so cold outside.

Great beer and great drinks. Glad they have this location in the Cottonwood area! It's a nice spot to meet up with folks for a quick eat but nothing particularly special.

Good location with a nice variety of beers. On the day of our visit they had a special beer release but it was only to go. I found that to be a bit odd. We still got their anniversary beer to go and try some of their other good offering on tap. Food was good and so was the staff.

Review based largely on the BBQ sandwich. The sandwich looked like a forgotten artifact from last week's cookout, its appearance a testament to neglect. Its buns were hard and lifeless, resembling the parched earth of a long-abandoned wasteland. I had a sinking feeling that I was about to embark on an archaeological expedition of sorts.Hesitant but determined, I took my first bite, hoping to uncover hidden treasures beneath the ashy facade. Alas, disappointment washed over me as the taste of charred remnants assaulted my senses. It was as if the chef had scraped the blackened grill after a week's worth of barbecues and generously piled the results onto the sandwich. The meat, once likely a succulent offering, had metamorphosed into a dry and leathery substance that resisted any attempts at mastication. Its original identity remained a mystery, lost amidst the overpowering taste of charred nothingness. Perhaps it was chicken, beef, or something else entirely; I couldn't tell, for it had lost all its original character. The barbecue sauce, if it could even be called that, clung to the meat like a forgotten memory of flavor. Any nuances it may have once possessed were extinguished, leaving behind a mere echo of sweetness that failed to complement the unfortunate sandwich. This sandwich was truly criminal. Fries were ok. The Lager was alright.

Jordan was our professional, charming server! I ordered Chuck's excellent green chili chicken soup, the chicken and Andouille sausage jambalaya. I LOVE the soup! The jambalaya is pretty special. The serving size is generous and I had to get a to go box for about half of it. We'll be back because there are still so many things on the menu that we would like to try.

We stopped in for lunch and a drink. Hubby had Birria tacos and beer; I had the Birria nachos and cranberry seltzer. I REALLY enjoyed the seltzer. Super tart and not too sweet. Just needed a splash/wedge of lime. I really liked the nachos--hot Cheetos dust was a great touch. Typically, I'm not a fan of black beans (this is NM/pinto country after all) but there were so many other flavors that they blended into the background. Would come back just for the seltzer

The beer is good. There's not a lot of options for food but you're not there for food are you? I love the sweet chili wings, best wings I've ever tasted. Only the last time I was there, I was ignored for half an hour at the bar so I went to the bathroom, came out and was treated like a dine and dash customer. They just gave me my receipt even though I wanted another beer. Haven't gone back since.

Haven't been here for a while and I remember why. First our service was great but that was about the only thing. Food was so so although the green chile stew was good. Drinks if you call what they do there with their spirits yes spirits as they don't have any name brand anything, tequila is agave spirit etc. it was fairly empty so we were able to get one of the few booths but the majority of seating is metal stools with seats the size of a dime and the weight of one as well. It's usually quite busy so they must be doing something right although it does not appeal to us or there are simply little to no alternatives in our town. we sincerely were hoping for better.

To :Bosque Brewing From: A longtime customer from all locations.Subject: Quality and Reputation The Birria tacos were reminiscent of a time when Americans diet consisted of two potatoes a day and three eggs, that Americans would be satisfied for the portion of food that was served. However, if we adjust for inflation that would have cost this person six months wages. The ten dollar quesadilla was worthy of the child's menu at La Reforma. I hope this message finds you well but as a former lover I question whether or not I want to txt you in the middle of the night to see if you're still awake.Best wishes, Former lover P.SService was good but being understaffed made it hard for those kind people.

This place was so good for food when Toltec brewing was in there. The menu was good and unique. Then the chef quit during the pandemic and took his recipes with him, I suppose. Now, Bosque Brewing has a mediocre menu that is not very good, even for comfort food. I've had their humus platter, falafels, green chile stew and most recently, quesadillas. The quesadillas were soggy on the bottom, served on a metal tray so they were cold. Why do some restaurants insist on metal trays? The service was ok, but nothing that warranted the 20% tip that is so often expected these days. I am happy they serve mixed drinks since I don't drink beer. 3 stars only because my husband says that the beer is good.
