Brought them my 10 year old Dyson that wasn't picking up well anymore. They tuned it up and it was ready in 1 day. Works like new now. Best $80 I've spent in a long time.

This store has amazing people working there. Bruce who owns it is compassionate, caring, and always smiling. No matter how many times I have to go there to ask questions on my new Janome sewing machine. Everyone is so patient and eager to help me. I love this store. If you want kind caring people to work with you in seeing needs, please go to bobs sewing center. You won't regret it.

I have not received such rude treatment in a very long time. Backstory- I had taken a Dyson to another Bob's location and had a good experience. So when a gasket on my current Dyson needed replacing I went to the repair store on 528. Walked up to the counter where a woman, without looking up at me, asked if she could help. I told her I needed a replacement gasket. She said she didn't think they repaired Dyson's anymore but she would ask. The technician was close enough to hear and see me. She asked. He replied, "nope." Aaaand that was it. I asked if there was anywhere else they knew of and he said nope. Not in Abq. I understand that not being able to get parts from Dyson is not their fault- but the total lack of interest in helping me was so apparent I'm not sure if I would have continued to do business with them. If I ever need repair on a sewing machine I will not go to this business. Such a crappy attitude!

I took my Kirby in for service cuz it wasn't picking up and it smelled like burnt rubber. When I brought it home, it was still doing the same thing. I took it back and the guy took it apart in front if me and found a stuck sock. So I asked why didn't they fix it correctly the first time. He said he did. He did it himself. Wonder how that could have happened when it wasn't picking up. When I asked what was in it the first time, all I got was an idk. So he lied to me but accused me of lying. Never going there again

Gone downhill, treats customers bad, lies about repairs and does not document repairs.

Brought my Kenmore sewing machine here for service. They tightened a screw so tight it was impossible to remove. Was told $75 and they'd fix it, even though they caused the problem.Stay away, stay far away!
