Bo’s Authentic Thai

Went back for the papaya salad and it was delicious. I almost ordered the thai eggplant special but restrained myself. It and the Massman Curry are wonderful specials and I'm so glad they are just up the street. Their FB page has their menu posted.

A delicious little Thai food truck. The service was quick with everything made fresh to order. They even have little plum candies to take, yum! The food was delicious and hit the spot. We got Pad Sẽ Ew and Pad Thai both medium spice. The Pad Thai had a got spice to it but not too strong for this white girl! The Pad Sẽ Ew didn't taste spicy even at medium. But I preferred slightly over the Pad Thai because the veggies gave it more flavor. Delicious all around. There is seating behind the food trucks. The parking lot can get a bit crazy so be ready to have to maneuver out of there.

I had the basil stir fry with chicken, and it's so yummy I went back a couple days later with a friend! We both got the basil stir fry, and she said that I always know the best things to eat.

I had such high hopes from all the other reviews but I felt like I was misled. If this is the best Thai food this area has, then I feel really sorry for all you folks who haven't had better Thai food. It's a cute food truck, but the pad see ew was so one-note. It only tasted of dark soy sauce, like noodles you'd make at home if you had no other sauces--no complexity at all. No wok hei on the noodles either :( Honestly, I think it may have been the worst pad see ew I've had, which I know is harsh, but I was super disappointed.I hate to rate it so low but it definitely could've been better! I hope their other dishes are tastier.

I have finally found a Thai place that is delicious and authentic! I've tried a few places in Santa Fe and this is the first time I was immediately convinced I'm coming back for more. They were quick to take my order and the food came out relatively quickly. I only waited maybe 10 minutes! As soon as I got to my car, I had to dig in.Flavor 9/10 I asked for hot and ended up adding more chile flakes just because I knew it wasn't going to be as spicy as I likeNoodles were perfectly chewy, while the veggies added a nice crunch to the dishThe shrimp want my favorite, so next time I'll be sure to try the chicken!Definitely stop by if you're in the area and craving Thai, you won't be disappointed!

If you want authentic Thai food in Santa Fe, this is your spot! I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the Pad See Ewe, but it was so good with perfectly cooked noodles and a true medium for spice. The green curry with tofu was my next favorite. It was full of veggies and delicious jasmine rice to accompany it. The papaya salad is only available on Friday's so I had to give it a go and I really liked the addition of dried shrimp. It gives it a boost of umami that I've been missing in Asian food here. I only wish I had ordered it spicier because your girl likes some heat! Next time!

Honestly, I've been all around the world and I'm a huge foodie, I first tried this place around two years ago and ever since I've loved it, in my opinion I think it's one of the best food trucks/restaurants I've ever tried 10000% recommend

Still dreaming of this meal. Be sure to get the mango and sticky rice, it was out of this world. Service was prompt and the food was spectacular. 10/10, would go again.

Great Thai food. I had the Basil stir fry with pork. Plenty of food. I always forget how good their food is.
