Wow... I've always wanted to come to this place and I'm so glad I finally did! Everybody was super friendly and super helpful... And their selection is beyond stellar. This is hands-down one of the best tactical stores, I would argue That this is one of the best tactical stores and all of Bernalillo and Sandoval counties... I have no idea why I waited so long to come here.

This is a review for the new store on San Pedro. I was excited to take a look at the new store and it's inventory but I must say I was deeply disappointed in the way me and my friend were treated. From the moment we walked in the door there was an Erie and uncomfortable tension / tone received from the staff. We were constantly being monitored and watched as if we were going to rob the place or there to commit some other crime. Still bought what we went for but this was definitely not a positive experience. Thank you,

These nut cases want me to wait 21 days for a FLL check, when I spoke up as to why Kyle wouldn't give it to me after the check, he sent it back, had it shipped to another FLL, received in 3 days, obviously BMC doesn't know the gun law, or puts profits ahead of service, and knowledge shouldn't be in the business, they just play the politics game, while making money on ledget gun owners!!!!!

I'm giving the two stars to Trevor who really tried to help but my weapon was still stolen under their watch. I drove across town to utilize their shipping service which was recommended to me from a friend. I was shipping 4 long guns and my personal side arm. Something I was not aware of was that hand guns/pistols MUST be shipped overnight by law. My receipt shows a transaction of $415.59 on Feb 29, 2024. Backstory: I bought two large gun casses to get my weapons shipped, however I did not get TSA locks but I asked when I got there if they had them for sale and I was told "it's fine, we'll just use zip ties." DISCLAIMER: BMC Tactical were supposed to be ones that know the rules and how FFL transfers are supposed to happen because they are the FFL not me. They held the guns over the week end to ship on a Monday or Tuesday. When the weapon cases finally got to the destination my side arm was the only thing stolen. Another major problem was that BMC's shipping insurance for shipping weapons had lapsed so when I went thru the recovery process, there was ZERO INSURANCE! How does an FFL NOT HAVE INSURANCE? UPS only insured up to $100 for any items in their system it is the shippers job to provide the customer with insurance because the guns are inventoried and logged for FFL Regulations of shipping firearms. I will never see that weapon or any monies to get a new one. Say what you want but If someone that comes to you and is TOTALY IGNORANT about how weapon shipping laws and regulations are, that's why I went to BMC Tactical. Full disclosure, BMC did offer me $300 for my $700 weapon, but have yet to disburse the monies... my weapon was stollen the first week of March and the investigation has been over for months by both ABQ police department and the Florida police department. Bottom line is my personal side arm is now in "the world" doing who knows what to who knows who, but the loss was treated as "My" Problem not there's. I welcome BMC's response to this review because they stopped responding to my emails. I have pictures and all the receipts and police reports, and UPS claims department statement regarding this shipment.

BMC tactical is the best gun store I've found in Albuquerqu. all the guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I've been working with Chris to set up and approve a firearm through the silencer co system and website. All their products are great value and they have a lot of weapon smithing options for any modificationa you may want to make. If your in the market for any guns, accessories or ammo make this your first stop.
