As in many cases, I think that the reviews in this channel are split between owners and renters.As an owner, I found Blue Door Realty to be very responsive in getting my condo unit in Albuquerque rented. They were communicative and professional and got it tenanted in 9 days. So far, I have had a very good experience all around.

This company manages my condo association. They are absolutely horrible!!! The website is never updated, they violate bylaws, do not enforce rules and regulations and have absolutely no customer service. They do not pass complaints etc on to our Board and refuse to answer questions when they are challenged. There is a reason why they have so many negative reviews!!!! Stay away......If you look at the picture section they actually called out a homeowner for not paying dues. How is that professional? It is petty and immature. I personally have received some of the most unprofessional email responses from them.

These guys are racketeering in that for any violation, your 1st letter is a 2nd letter with a fine, claiming they sent a letter 2 weeks before.Check your account. They are already ripping you off by not building a concrete fence when the homeless have torn through the wire fence more than 5 times.

Own a condo that is managed by this terrible company. MY condo has a water leak from the main water line. We found the leak on Friday , called Blue Door, they would not come out to fix the leak until today Tuesday. I sent them pictures of the leak. I wait for the plumber today, he arrives , is here for 20 minutes and can not fix the leak. There has to be a water shut off, yup yes I knew that. A professional manager of a property would have had it set up for water shut off and a repair if needed today. Now I wait another 24 hours. What a joke.... If you send a 24 notice and do NOT need to turn the water off , no problem, send an other email saying we did not turn off the water...if you need to turn off the water, guess what ...it is already set up and the damage to my condo is fixed today.6 days for this get fixed. Blue Door. Do a better job.

Do not use this company to manage anything. They are very rude and possible to get a hold of and if you call him out on their unacceptable performance they retaliate and impose ridiculous fees. Do not trust these people. You responded to my review post and lo and behold here you go lying again. On the comment below you say that I was more than 6 months past due when on every other site including Better Business Bureau, Facebook, goggle review and on Angie's List you say four months past due, come on be honest you guys are a bunch of scam artist. STOP LYING ALREADY!!!!!

On Friday, July 14, 2023, my A/C went out. I called the emergency line late Friday evening and into the early morning on Saturday. No response. I called later Saturday morning and after many, many attempts, I finally received a brief response, which simply stated that their vendors were swamped and help/repair was not likely for Saturday. It's now Sunday. I emailed and called today and no response. I spent Friday night in my car, stayed in a hotel Saturday, and will likely stay in my car tonight (Sunday). Despite 100+ degree weather in the forecast, the Company seemed indifferent to my situation, denied my hotel request, and did not share who they had contacted to respond for repair. I also asked about whether the cost of repairs would be reimbursed to me if I paid for it and no response. What if I was an elder or had animals or had small children?This company is horrendous and should not manage any properties

Super unresponsive. I've written emails and calls requesting information about my property, seems very unorganized. I'm constantly passed around from one person to another and our point person Samantha Anderson, never seems to be available or at least respond to an email, or call when stated. The switch over to this property management has been extremely disappointing. The owner is well aware of the awful service their company is providing.

I moved into Carlisle Square Condominiums about a year ago. Poor Management at best. I spoke with some who have lived her a while and nothing positive to say.Garbage all over the back are one a daily basisKids yelling and screaming every day running up and down stairs. Parents don't care and neither does BD or the BODBalcony should only have patio furniture but are a storage facility or laundry hanging over.My car got scratches from the kids playing around them, throwing rocks and hitting the cars with their bikes. Whenever I walk to my car, I have to be careful not to twist my foot on the rocks. Unauthorized parking in Handicapped zones and Part of our dues go for property management and there is zero. Waste of moneyI challenge anyone to drop on by and verify.
