Do not what so ever even consider taking your child to this establishment. I'm a single mother and was desperate for child care for my youngest daughter. I called and asked if they had availability- they had one opening for her age group, but said I would have to hold the spot with a credit card payment until I was off work to tour the facility. I went and toured and was disgusted- tv's in the daycare, small dirty spaces and very rude staff. I declined to enroll my child and they refused to give me my $80 hold money back. Bottom line- don't give this place money unless you plan on enrolling your child!! Which I highly suggest NOT doing.

Heartless and will not give a partial refund when they ask your child to leave their program. Beware their initial charm.

I have an 19 month old daughter who attends Blue Bird full time. I am a teacher and they have been very understanding and flexible with my schedule as long as I let them know when I'm going to be off work. It's been a great experience for our daughter. She is learning everyday and is quite talkative, I'm also thankful that she's exposed to art activities daily.

I give one star because due to our situation we only have the kiddos week on week off.Whenever its comes to our week on, they will close their doors and never send out any notice in advance! If you have the same arrangement or are ok with them taking money for not being open by all means these are the people to go to!Maybe we should ask for lost wages from work since they are never open when we need to go to work!

My niece was at Blue Bird since she was 2 years old. She is now in the 3rd grade! Her experience at Blue Bird was always positive, the teacher's there are very nurturing and caring. She loved going to school everyday yo learn something new and exciting. The pre-k programs are excellent and fit today's busy life schedule. I would totally recommend Blue Bird Learning Center for infant thru school age child care!

If I could give a ZERO star I would. This is the WORST establishment I've every actually considered. The manager/owner whatever she is, her name is Aida was very unprofessional with a passive aggressive tone. NEVER take her word for anything. We considered taking our child there, asked to put down a deposit to hold her spot and she refused. She finally agreed to provide documents to fill out, we discussed rates and planned to have my child start the following week. When we went to take our paperwork in, she told us that she gave our child's spot away. I found a complaint/ incident report on the CYFD's website that a teacher grabbed a child forcefully and threw him in his area because the child didn't want to do nap time, and brought it to the manager's attention and all she could tell me was, "People make accusations" when in fact someone from CYFD was there observing after the the "incident" was reported and when she was observing, she found that the staff wasn't calm, flustered and frustrated with the children. The manager Aida refused to sign the report at the time but could not fess up or admit to the situation when I asked her about it. DO NOT GO TO BLUEBIRD!!!! Aida "giving up" our spot was a blessing in disguise!

I am very happy to have my child enrolled in the New Mexico Pre-K Program at Blue Bird Day Care and Learning Center. My child continues to thrive academically by reading at a First grade level. I am thankful to Blue Bird Staff for working with my child and helping him to increase his level of reading. I highly recommend Blue Bird because of their amazing staff.

I would not take my pets to this place, let alone a child. They caused an infection of my nieces privates by leaving feces everywhere on the child. Further, I was given a bag of dirty clothes including underwear with feces still in it. This place was not responsive to questions or requests and the week before we only received one report, though asked for one daily.
