Please do not go anywhere else for blinds!Our home was going up for sale and being photographed. I needed help fast!No problem, a beautiful young lady arrived right on time.She fix everything I needed and when she needed more parts back to the shop and returning in an hour!This is a combined mom, dad, daughter and grandma shop!C'mon Yelpers show them our love!

I took my Duette blinds to be restringed and they called me back within 24 hours. Turn around time and service was excellent!

Nice job by the crew here - We have an extended van (not their typical work) that needed a few repairs on two of the blinds. Not only did they fix them in three days, after having two different handymen try to put them back on our windows unsuccessfully, I finally called and pleaded for help. I brought the van over and Dan installed them correctly in a few mins. Nice clean showroom for home blinds - should we ever need new ones in our home we will come here. Highly recommend this local business :)

Fixed my blinds strings in a timely manner. A bit expensive, but they got the job done and were friendly.

Needed to have blinds on sliding door replaced. I went by four well known companies here in ABQ (some have commercials) taking my rail asking if they have parts or can replace... all of them said it was nothing they can do about it at all. They were helpful in offering me to buy new blinds for 450 and up depending how elaborate I wanted to go. Decided to give Blinds Direct a try I went in and was greeted immediately. Bud took a look at it and said I can get that done for you by Saturday then when he told me how inexpensive it was I darn near jumped out my boots..... I recommend this place over all others hands down

I hired this company based on positive reviews on yelp. I'm sorry I did. Let's face it. Covid is a valid excuse for not having employees available to do the job and having to wait to get blinds installed. But Covid is not a valid excuse for not measuring the area correctly not once, not twice, but 3 times before the correct size got ordered and installed! Really?

We recently purchased a 30 year old house that came with ugly 30 year old blinds that desperately needed replacing. After considering three companies, we went with Blinds Direct by Bud and are so happy we did. Robin arrived on time to measure our windows. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but she made a couple of excellent suggestions. The blinds arrived a little later than expected, but that was okay. We weren't in a hurry. It took John, their very pleasant installer, only an hour and a half to install ten blinds. I was impressed. Robin's measurements were right on. The blinds fit perfectly. We opted for top down bottom up shades and they look amazing! What a difference! Our house is completely transformed.

I had a 104" headrail that needed restringing and also a return small pully needed to be replaced, I took the headrail in to have it repaired and was really surprised how reasonable they were! It works better than it ever did. I was satisfied with the work they did, how quick it was repaired and above all the nice people that worked there. Ladies we dealt with were knowledgeable and extremely friendly . Glad I found them :)
