Wanted some Cajun food so I checked yelp and found this. They were at a a jazz festival so they had a very limited menu, hush puppies, Cajun fries, chicken wrapped in bacon, and shrimp tacos. The normal menu has lobster bisque and clam chowder which I really had hoped to try.Hush puppies were the best part of the meal, good and little spice, the sauce was delicious.Cajun fries, 4$ for a small basket and some sauce, the fries were way too salty they actually tore my mouth up, wife loves salt but couldn't even eat these.Chicken wrapped in bacon was just Ok, chicken seemed reheated but it's a food truck so I understand.Shrimp tacos, 11$ for 3 shrimp tacos. They were decent but needed more sauce on them. Probably wouldn't pay 11$ again for them.

This food truck is a must. We came here last week by chance. We went to a local brewery and wanted some snacks. The food truck outside was Blazin Cajun. We decided to give it a try, we had the new Mexican Cajun fries and gumbo. Both were delicious, it was an excellent blend of new Mexican flavor, Cajun flair, and spices. Tonight we went to the first ever Crawfish boil at red door brewery. It was excellent, they served a massive amount of Crawfish, and a generous helping of corn, potatoes, and sausage. Would highly recommend.
