I stopped on the way to Las Cruces and thought I would check out the wines. They have a large selection of wines and the owners are very friendly. As for the wines I did find anything that was amazing. Most were medium and with some aging they would be better.

Amazing husband wife team small winery with tasting room and seasonal craft fairs. My husband and I found this place on our trip through New Mexico. 35 minutes out of Albuquerque, this gem is tucked into a lovely valley looking out at Black Butte. We arrived to find them just bringing in a crop from the current harvest. They brought us back and showed us the process from crushing to bottling! So friendly and interesting. I like sweeter wines so my favorite was the Sandia Rose which leaned sweeter than dry, my husband's was the Baca Noir and Tempranillo. This couple was so friendly and passionate about their product! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Anthony and Maryanne. We can't wait to return! And seriously... consider a farm stay vacation

I love this place & I love their dry wines. I particularly love the " Road Runner " The owners are quite charming with good senses of humor. The place is pleasingly quaint. I highly recommend if you like a quiet, laid back atmosphere, along with some good wines.

Stopped by last minute and it was totally worth the stop. The owner Tony was super nice and the wine tasting was very tasty. He has wonderful reds and I personally loved the whites. Tony loves what he does. I totally recommend going. We will be back. Thank you Black Smuggler for your hospitality.
