Bikeworks ABQ

They have stock, mostly $4,000 - $5,000, plus more expensive e-bikes. The service was not good. I'm a long time cyclist, have commuted on a bike and wanted another commuter bike. I couldn't get that out as the owner lady talked over me. I found other shops and I recommend you do as well. When I went somewhere else I found it was so nice to have a sales person be calm and ask a question about what I wanted. Life's too short to deal with what a ran into at Bikeworks.

Very nice group of guys who really seem to have getting you on the road or into the mud as their first priority. I will say I was pretty surprised that they don't carry a low-end line of Hardtails. Ricky Mountain and Yeti types were all north of $3. Be prepared to walk out with $3500 spent. But you will most likely come out with an amazing MTB machine. Looks like they have an enviable bike repair station, too.

Literally everyone who works there is just crazy knowledgeable and helpful. Have the weirdest questions? They know the answers and won't make you feel stupid. There is an undeniable passion for what they do and it shows through in their work. I have had all my bikes serviced here; absolutely exceptional quality of service. Can't say enough good things.

Two weeks ago I visited New Mexico on a mountain biking trip. Had the good fortune to stumble into Bikeworks and met Wes, who quickly assessed the cause of an issue that had plagued me for months - turns out the grinding noise i had been living with was caused by a worn front ring. Wes replaced the ring and voila, problem solved! He also dialed in my derailleur to perfection, diagnosed and resolved an issue with my fork and corrected a headset creak that sounded like a cap gun going off when i turned the bars. Seriously happy customer here, I can't thank these guys enough!

This shop knocked it out of the park! Every single person was nice, super knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions, and most importantly, adjusted my bike without making me feel stupid for not being familiar with the mechanical stuff. Bonus! The bike feels exponentially better than it did when it was brand new! THANKS! #customerforlife

These folks are solid. They spent over 40 minutes walking me through how to attach and remove my bike rack. Go Daniel & Mike! I can't imagine going anywhere else, and you shouldn't either.

Top-notch. What a great shop! Outstanding customer service. Stopped I while traveling. Such a pleasant experience, I wished we lived here. I highly recommend this place. Incredibly helpful spent lots of time explaining variables regarding ebikes. Also worked on my road bike and was spot on with needed repair. Reasonable prices.
