Big Mike's burgers and more mobile kitchen

We had first trade big Mike's burgers Monday were very south on New Mexico 47. We are excited to find that they will be in Bosque farms. It was so good to have a different choice for dinner. Their burgers were very good. I tried a green chili cheeseburger and it was the best green chili burger I've had in a while.

They changed my order without telling me I couldn't get the menu item I asked for. Then ignored me and wouldn't answer my questions when I tried asking about it. I asked why I wasn't told that I couldn't get what I asked for when I was ordering, and instead of answering the question I was basically told "too bad". And then I was ignored when I tried asking again. Then the burger they gave me was bland and unseasoned. Do yourself a favor and never order from them. You can get a better tasting and cheaper burger from McDonald's.

Great burgers but not worth the wait. I've encountered Big Mike's twice at gatherings in my over-55 community, and each time spent the better part of an hour waiting in line. The two people who staff the food truck are not equipped to deliver food quickly for a crowd of any size. If you see more than a few people in line at this food truck, you will eat faster if you go somewhere else.
