These gents are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They truly go out of their way to make sure you get the garment you want/need/desire. Found something you want but they don't have it in your size? They'll get it for you if they are able to do so or have their tailor make it work for you. Seriously, this shop is the bomb. Don't overlook it.

Bert and Jess are the BEST. They run a top notch gentlemen's shop and are just all-around great guys. Was a pleasure chatting with them throughout the process of getting my wedding suit tailored to perfection. If you want a great suit and a great all around experience, highly recommend Bert & Jess.

I have purchased two suits from here - one for job interviews, and the second for my upcoming wedding. Bert and Jess know their business, and carry some brands that you won't be able to find at Jos. A. Bank or Mens' Wearhouse or any of the other big chain mens' clothing stores.Also, they are one of the few stores in the entire Southwestern US that carry Alden and Allen Edmonds shoes, so if you want to try some on in person rather than ordering online and hoping for the best, definitely come here.Service is excellent - I walked in to buy my second suit after being out of state for about 3 or 4 years, and they remembered who I was and what suit I had bought last time I was in. That's service.

Bert and Jess are simply the best in town and I'd go as far as to say the state. They provide the best customer service I've ever experienced, they're knowledgeable and will give you quality advice and assistance to fulfill any and all of your needs. So far I've bought two suits from them, number of shirts, ties and two pairs of dress shoes. If you need any formal wear, Bert and Jess will take care of you every time, I highly recommend!

I was fortunate to have parents who knew a thing or two about being well dressed, so living in Albuquerque, there was only one place worth going to look my best. From my high school graduation, my first real job interview after college, to meeting the president of the United States. Burt & Jess have been there my adult life and I don't trust any other more to make me look great. Two great guys with amazing personalities.

Bert & Jess provided outstanding knowledge and customer service. They helped me find exactly what I needed, and were never up-selling or condescending. I fully intend to return to them in the future.

Unquestionably a fine boutique mens apparel shop, my frustration is with alterations of a pair of cotton twill pants I purchased. When I picked the trousers up, I saw the crease was out of whack. I was at a total loss to understand why their tailor had created an off-center crease in the pant legs, then tried to steam press the original. I pointed this out to Bert, and his response was something to the effect of, "Well, it happens when you want a straight-leg look in twill cotton." Frustrated, I took the pants to my tailor. She discovered the problem: Bert's tailor had altered the pants by taking in only one seam. Each pant leg has two seams. To keep the crease centered, both seams should have been taken in equal amounts. If you require alterations, be sure to point this out to Bert and Jess or you may end up with an off-center crease in your pants.

There really is not better suit experience in town. I buy suits everywhere but when it matters, it's Bert & Jess.
