Bentley Plumbing & Heating

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews. I've worked with Bentley for about 5 years and I've never had anything but positive experiences with the owner and every one of his employees. They're prompt, courteous and will always show up to make any repairs to any of the work they do, should any issues arise. I have used them personally and referred them to dozens of local homeowners, realtors and business owners and have never heard anything negative. As a business professional having good companies to refer to is important and can be risky. I am more than comfortable referring Bentley to anybody. I know the job will be done well and his pricing is always competitive. The owner always says, he may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. He's right, but I've typically found their pricing to be more than fair and has never ever gouged (even when he could have).- new construction plumbing, heating radiant- a/c conversion- water heater replacements- plumbing, heating, cooling service- sewer and waterline replacement- adding gas lines- poly/kitec replacement- sub pump and grinder install on existing septic- solar water heat service- baseboard heating and radiant upgradeIs just a list of various job types they've done and I've never had an issue they wouldn't or couldn't fix. You truly can't go wrong with Bentley and I can't imagine him ever not correcting an issue on a job he's done.

Did a great job of replacing a water heater and repairing a faucet leak. Would recommend them and definitely use them again. Great job.

Don't use these guys. Owner Gary is extremely unprofessional and couldn't give two cents on the workmanship of his company. You will be lucky to get through to anyone at the office or get a returned call. Good luck if they do get work done for you and you need them to get back out. My General contractor used Bentley for plumbing/HVAC for our custom home and the entire process was and still is littered with problems. The owner Gary doesn't seem to have any urgency to make things right. Don't use Mickey Mouse Bentley plumbing!
