I've been going to Dr Pacheco. She starts with an assessment and explains the procedure and what to expect. I am extremely happy with the results. She is profession and her staff. I would recommend Belleza Med Spa for any skin care procedures.

I've had a great experience at Bellezza Med Spa! Initially I started with a consultation with Dr. Pacheco and she was kind, patient & informative with all of my questions. I opted to try Kybella & so far have had a good experience. I've also started tattoo removal treatment & know that I need to go repeatedly to see some results but my first session went well. The employees are friendly, helpful & make scheduling very easy.If their services are ones that you're looking for, I recommend giving them a try!

I've had facials here throughout the years. The brightening facial really made a difference in my complexion. I like that they take their time with the facial and after care is patiently explained to me even when I ask a lot of questions. Also they gave me some freebie samples of the skin care products for home. Now me and my spouse get facials there! Love Bellezza!

One of the best Med Spas in New Mexico. I have been going to Belleza Med Spa for a few years now and cannot express how much I love this spa. I started with laser tattoo removal and have now started laser hair removal. It is incredible how the staff goes above and beyond to ensure each visit is a great experience. Dr. Pacheco and Mariah have been amazing. I can't wait to treat myself to some of the other services they offer.

What you should expect from a Med Spa and MORE! Dr. Pacheco is professional and takes the time needed to explain her procedures, risks and what you can expect. Her medical training and experience becomes apparent in each consultation I've had with her. Prices at other places where procedures are not done by a doctor are minimally less. Why risk it? She explained so much more than what I was told for same procedure elsewhere. The monthly specials are a favorite and the friendly staff always follow-up to ensure clients are happy and healthy.

Dr. Pacheco and her entire staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Pacheco is meticulous in her work and always takes the time to explain the procedures and expected results. Their follow-up is also worth mentioning. I would highly recommend Belleza Med Spa for permanent make up, spider vein removal and skin care procedures.

First, I waited four months to get an appointment. As the appointment nears, I had no e-confirmation of the appointment (yes, they had my phone number). I was getting concerned. So, I call and leave two messages asking them to please call me to confirm the appointment. I hear nothing. It's in the middle of the pandemic, so I assume there is no appointment. But I am struck by the lack of professionalism and communication with me, as the customer. I would have liked to have known my appointment was canceled.Then I notice a 50.00 charge on my credit card. I am stunned. I called multiple times, over the course of several months, but, just like before, my phone calls and messages were ignored.After months of this, someone finally answers the phone and she explains that "it's on our website that we don't give refunds."This is the level of customer service you can expect. This was over a 50.00 charge and something that was clearly Belleza Spa's error. Can you imagine how you will be treated when your treatments involving thousands of dollars do not go as planned? It will never be their fault. They will take your money, never return phone calls, and take zero responsibility for any issues. I do NOT recommend doing business here.
