Run away, and do it fast! A trip up the road to Albuquerque may save you a lot of time and sanity in the long run. The lady at the front is extremely nice, perhaps this is BV's way of luring you in....provide a nice initial experience and then it's Hotel California time! Chronologically, here we go: 1. Enter and be greeted by a nice receptionist.2. Attempt to use the restroom, attempt. Upon inspection, notice urine on the floor and toilet seat. I quickly washed my hands, opened the door with a paper towel and my foot, and hauled out of there my teeth still floating.3. Wait, wait,wait.....and wait some more.4. Be called into waiting room. And wait. 5. Waiting room noticings: torn examination table, rickety chair, OLD Magazines, tissue on floor. Ew, just ew. OH! And whats up with the Craigslist leather couch in the "main room"!?!? I was wondering when the porno film crew might be arriving. Hopefully, I'd be long gone. 6. Cold greeting by NP. Very cold. I think she was absent the day the chapter on bedside manner was covered. Certain she failed the test. Not a smile could be formed across her face and Botox was not the issue. No eye contact either. This gal is a cold fish. 7. Didn't address my health issue AT ALL ultimately ending up with a misdiagnosis of "nothing is wrong with you..." 8. Spent the next morning headed to my physicians office in Albuquerque where I should've gone in the first place. Raging kidney infection. 9. Thanks for nothing Bella Vida. Keep this up and you'll eventually really hurt someone. Like I said,steer clear of this joint. Small town or not, no one deserves this level of "care".Bring a hospital to Valencia County and run this joke of a place into the ground!!!

SAD ....Very unprofessional ...I left a message for my practitioner for a week straight , never got a return phone call .. This had been my primary for over 6 months ... I ended up in the emergency room. Kathy Fresquez Chavez couldn't be bothered to return a phone call ... she wouldn't even return my endocrinologists calls ... ( whom is a great doctor not just a practitioner ...) STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINiC AND THIS PRACTIONER ... STAY AWAY !!!

I got here at 12:55. It's now 2:35 and I'm still here! The girl taking my blood pressure couldn't find her stethoscope, just found out that none of the staff are Doctors! Going on three hours now, pissed beyond pissed! The medical assistant had to ask me how to spell Prilosec! Oh, and they sell jewelry in case you get bored!Waited 4 1/2 hours, finally was seen. Got told to get x-rays the following day at 9. X-ray place did not open until 10. Three days now, no phone call for results. Three days with fever and feeling miserable. Did you notice how conveniently they deleted all the negative comments?

UPDATE After all we went through with unprofessional owner, Kathy Fresquez,-Chavez. It turned out she had some affiliation with my place of employment. She actually called the hr department of my work, stated her affiliation, and told them I gave them a bad review and requested "they do something about him." My employer notified me immediately. This is harassment. I had to report her to the sheriff's department and they gave her a lawful order to stop. Since then the harassment ceased.

Asked Celia Andrews if she could handle all my medical concerns..... She said she was up for the challenge. I'm immuno compromised and get sick a lot ! Also have long covid which intensified my anxiety and gave me insomnia , and heart palpations! 90%of the time I called for a appointment I was told she is booked up for a month or two to go to the urgent care office ! Called the owner Kathy and thought someone was finally listening, but two days later received a call that they were dropping me as a patient "Due to my behavior" advocating for my health !! Very unprofessional!

Walk in clinic is awesome, because you can go there, even if you don't have health insurance. Providers there are professional and compassionate. One can really tell that they care about their patients!! Also, the patient does not need an appointment, so that makes it very convenient!!

They don't follow through with your prescriptions . When you ask for appointment you will never see your provider but nurses. Was no toilet paper in bathroom. Bad place to go.

This place is incompetent! They don't follow through with getting your prescriptions. They LIE! They said they called in my prescription but they didn't. They don't return phone calls! They are rude and it is more important to have fun than help patients. They suck!!! Stay way. They don't care about peoples health!

Terrible long wait time and drs barely spend 5 minutes with you.

This clinic is the most incompetent bunch of professionals I have ever dealt with! Never return calls I was suppose to have a MRI months ago and the clinic was suppose to call back with appointment never heard from them finally found a real dr. Than my daughter had to have some test results done for clinicals for nursing school they some how mis communicated with the lab and did the wrong test for TB now put my daughter back a week for clinical s because they don't know what the heck they are doing! Immediately changed primary dr. Will never recommend going there
