Bella Diamonds and Watches

Came here today to get an estimate on a Rolex and see about upgrading my wedding ring. The place was clean and the customer service was great. They have a good selection on jewelry a lot of unique pieces. Everyone here definitely knows what they are talking about! The fact that they weren't just trying to tell me what they can do for me but recommend what would favor me. I'll definitely be back if I ever need help on recommendation or to buy this really nice ring I saw! So fun! Thank you.

I had them set some gemstones for me, topaz, a whiskey citrine and peridot. Their custom settings are some of the nicest I have ever seen. I have known Robert for years and am delighted with their quality work and reasonable prices. The also fixed up a broken vintage Hamilton stop watch for me that was my father's.

We love this jewelry store. We buy things here and have had multiple watches serviced through them. They also buy our old gold and silver jewelry. One of the things I appreciate about the store is the owner loves dogs and keeps his little buddy with him behind the counter.

I have been to this store a few times and every time I do business with them, I am treated with respect and given a fair price. The quality of their workmanship is better than other stores I have worked with and I highly recommend them!

What a find this little jewelry store is. Very nice selection of inventory and they are friendly and easy to deal with. Not at all intimidating as some jewelry shops can be. The prices are good and I was able to sell a small pendant and buy some earrings for a gift that are a big hit. And bonus, my husband, who was tagging along when I picked out the earrings, bought me a lovely jeweled band for my birthday.

Robert did an excellent job of verifying the authenticity of my vintage Rolex Submariner, determining that the dial was after market, verifying the authenticity and suitability of a new dial, and performing the replacement work. I am thrilled with the professionalism and quality of service I have received from Robert and his staff.

Finding a competent watch repair anywhere these days can be daunting. and being in New Mexico makes it just that much harder, however after weeks of poking around and reading and talking to the scores of wretched reviews and rude counter help, around Albuquerque I held my breath and took my military Hamiltons which I have from 50 years ago ( that's right, 50, I am old) and brought them to Bella; what a wonderful pleasure it was to meet the owner and have real care and interest in having these great time pieces completely serviced and repaired so well. He has some nice watches for sale as well....Robert has been around and knows his business, and really is the man with answers to your questions ...These days watches can be very challenging .

After trying at different stores, I was directed to Bella. I am so glad I ended up there. I brought my 40 year old Rolex that works perfectly but the band was bout to break in many places and had been like that for a few years. Robert was amazing- and I must add all the staff is friendly- ! He solved the issue, replaced the band and the crystal. My Rolex looks like new! Not only that, he had quoted me a price and then said that he found one of the parts a lower price. So he passed on the discount to me. So thanks and I will recommend them a million times: knowledgeable, honest and nice!

Bella has always provided quality service and jewelry at a good price. I have bought diamond jewelry, had diamonds reset into totally different items and had an insurance loss claim all done by them.
