We've purchased 5 homes and sold 4 of them over the years and Belinda is the hardest working real estate agent we've ever dealt with. We no longer live in New Mexico and our house there needed quite a bit of work before it could be put on the market, and she was there to help us every step of the way. She gave us advice on where to focus our money for repairs and helped to coordinate all of the work that was done. She recommended local companies to work with and was at the home many times to let in various inspectors, appraisers, estimators, etc. Selling a home from afar is a difficult process, and she made it as go as smoothly as possible.

Belinda along with Gabriel Montano did an amazing job when it came time for us to sell our house! Her expertise and experience in this arena is unsurpassed and she was able to guide us and make sure all our bases were covered as we prepared for the sale! Once we were ready she quickly scheduled an open house that brought us a buyer on the first day! From that point she was instrumental in our communication with the buyer and we quickly reached a desired outcome. If you need a hard working kind professional realtor she is your person!

My realtor is absolutely better than your realtor. We were gifted a down payment to buy a home. We knew we wanted a Mossman home. I found Belinda on yelp. I reached out to her and she messaged me back within 20 minutes. My inlaws, the source of our down payment, were scandalized that we would seek a realtor from the internet. Fast forward 3 months and we own our dream home and my inlaws couldn't have been happier with Belinda. She helped us through every single step. I texted and she wrote back within 10 minutes. I had stupid questions and she had brilliant answers immediately. Belinda is kind and gracious and unassuming. Hire her! You will not be disappointed.

Belinda made this experience super smooth and amazing! My husband and I were nervous to sell and buy and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. Belinda is there every step of the way and answers every question you may have big or small. She made us comfortable and the best thing was she was as excited when we found our house as we were!!

I contracted with Belinda to sell my house. She listed it using pictures a former broker had taken and paid for. I was called a liar when I told her I recognized the pictures. She also put erroneous information on the listing. When I saw all this, I kept contacting Belinda, telling her it all needed to be fixed. She got the picture fiasco worked out, but kept dragging her feet about correcting the information on MLS. I finally told her to take the listing down until the info was corrected, but I had to tell her several times. She finally responded, saying she and I could not work together. The ironic thing was that Belinda kept telling me how ethical and honest she was because she was Pres. of GAAR. That is pitiful. I wanted to sell my house and have no reason to lie. People, looking online for a broker deserve to know exactly how Belinda handled the sale of my home. I insist on total honesty. But now, Belinda has chosen to commit serious liable and slander in order to save face, after she read my review. That is very serious. Shame on Belinda Franco.

My realtor is better than your realtor!! This was the best home selling and buying experience ever! This was the 4th time we have been through the home buying process and by far the best! We have never had a realtor work so hard for us. Belinda has a great attitude and showed confidence and professionalism throughout. She knew the answer to almost every question we had and when she didn't , she was quick to find the answer. As a home buyer, I never felt like I didn't know what to expect. She kept us informed on everything we needed to know and communicated anything we needed ahead of time. There were never any surprises and everything went smoothly. Belinda is fun to work with and it's obvious that she loves her job as a realtor. If you need to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend using her as a realtor. She's the best realtor we have had so far.
