The entire menu except Mac n cheese was gluten free. They have a dedicated gf fryer. Our server was very friendly. We asked for recommendations and he suggested Shrimp and Grits. It was amazing. Four jumbo shrimp, roasted red pepper and onions. Don't miss this!!Drinks - the bartender created a Mezcal drink which was amazing! Others got a Manhatten Project and an Old Fashioned. The really enjoyed them. And finally dessert....... We ordered Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Torte, and Lemon Almond cake. We all had a different favorite.Don't miss this spot!!!

Everything is inexplicably gluten free. The chicken fried steak is 2.5 out of 5 stars but it's the only game in town for CFS.The mashed potatoes are essentially a ball of old glue and the "gravy" makes no sense and tastes bad. When I can't go off the hill for real food I'll go here, but then I make my own gravy and mashed potatoes at home to make it palatable. The fried chicken is about 2 stars. Reminds me of when I've left some KFC in the back of the fridge for a week but am feeling desperate. The salads are pretty good as is the carne adovada.

I've eaten here twice, both times with reservations for dinner. The ambiance was relaxed and the decor is great. Everything we've had to eat there has been fantastic! The grilled pork stood out as some of the best I've had in a long time. Cooked just right with great flavor. The short rib empanadas were also wonderful, done in puff pastry, they were light and delicious appetizers. Our server was friendly, helpful, and made the experience great overall. Definitely a great new restaurant addition to Los Alamos especially for weekends when there are less options open!

The first time I had a chicken sandwich was good then the next 2 times is was so dry. then i tried to order the mac n cheese last time with candied bacon, pretty sure it was just regular bacon I paid 4 dollars for and so small . Also pig and fig has it cheaper and bigger portions same owner. It's not fancy just cause it cost more. Your employees are sweet.

Food was really good. I highly recommend the Chicken & Corn chowder; very filling and tasty. Desserts were very delicious; favorite one out of the three was the brownie. Inside of restaurant is very clean and modern. Sat indoors but they have a really nice outdoor patio. They do, however, do a limited menu for outdoor seating (bar bites) during the time we went (around 12pm on a Wednesday) but no complaints about that. Service was fast and great. Would highly recommend as a good lunch spot during the week!

Owner and Chef Laura Crucet has her latest hit restaurant in the middle of Los Alamos just off Diamond Drive near the golf course. Beef and Leaf does more than just tick all the boxes. Putting off your first visit means you will be that much older when you are amazed by the menu, wine selection, and ambiance, including the knowledgeable servers. Laura is usually present and makes the rounds to check on tables personally. The community on the hill is lucky to have such a gem.

This local restaurant is fabulous. It is a relaxed environment, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The flavors and plate choices are wonderful with fresh ingredients and great value. The wine list and cocktails are terrific. Waitstaff are very friendly and attentive. Tonight, Lane was especially caring and made us feel right at home. This is a highly recommended place to come enjoy a night out.

Pathetic service. I made a reservation 6 hours in advance showed up on time 5:15 pm and was told to bad we are overbooked. All the front tables were empty at the time. The hostess was rude and basically said you are SHIT OUT OF LUCK. no apologies just to bad get lost. If this is what they call service I am glad to never eat there.
