Bear Carpet

Had an outstanding experience. The guy that cleaned my carpets name was Noah. I highly reccomend him! He was extremeley friendly and fun to talk with. Not to mention he did an amazing job on my floor and reclyner! Didnt take him long and i never got the feeling he was in a hurry. The man was very patient and very good at his work! My carpet looks AMAZING! As well as my reclyner! He took out the smell and stains! Highly reccomend! I didnt take a before picture but i really reccomend him. He does good work.

For me, service providers, particularly those that come to your home to fix something, install something or clean up your messes, heavily slant positive or negative, there isn't much in-between. If a company meets the quoted arrival and performs the job without obvious incident, they're five star, I'd call 'em again. In the case of Bear Carpet, they were maybe 45 minutes late, but they called to let me know they were a tad behind schedule, and in the end, the carpets of our three teeny bedrooms came out plush and bright. I'll note that we paid full price, which came out to about $125, far more than a Groupon deal -- which is what we've used in the past. We called 'em on a Sunday night, about 6pm, and the owner said he could schedule us for the next day. That's pretty sweet, certainly not what you'd get from the competitor who offers a dirt cheap internet deal and schedules you out a month later. I thought the technician was thoroughly trained and careful to point out the tough spots he was working on, and he cautioned us to keep our cats off the carpets for a few hours, because yes, some of the chemicals involved can be harmful on paws. I'd lean four stars on this if only because I didn't get any bells with my whistles, but that's a little extortion-y , so no, great job, guys. I'll consider hiring you for some tile cleaning in the future, too.

They scheduled someone to come by the same day. I had an emergency. Eli came and was friendly, professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. I didn't have the entire room done, so he got a discount for me. Thanks Eli!

Jeff and Quentin were polite,responsive and knowledgeable. They acknowledged the immediacy of my pet accident problem and put together an action plan to get the job done. Very pleasant to work with Thank you!

Another great great feature of Bear Carpet is that they primarily use only enzymes. I have offices in a wellness center called The Source as well as small furnished apts. Frequently tenants of both are concerned about chemical cleaners and odors. So I can always trust Bear Carpet to do the job. I called and an employee of Bear Carpet, James Wright came out to clean my office furniture and rug. He was friendly and gave me a good deal. Also, to my surprise, he got rid of a long term stain, that I assumed was something I just had to keep hidden. And, no left over chemical or perfume odor. Because of the successful cleaning I thought Id attempt to clean a light colored couch set in an apt that just turned over. I was afraid that the set was a goner, that I would have to look for a new one. James came out. Cleaned as good as new. Thanks Bear Carpet. Thanks James. You are the best.

I've had six oriental rugs cleaned so far and Jeneill has been absolutely the best in her attention to detail and commitment to getting that fringe bright! Everyone is very accommodating and Anthony has been helpful in patching a couple of spots that were frayed. I save a little by bringing my rugs in so the price is right for freshening my home and softening my floors.

I love this company! I have used them for YEARS. Before I found Bear, I had horrible experiences like, having a window broken and the company not wanting to claim responsibility and always doing the minimum work with each company. Not Bear, totally does a great job each and every time! I highly recommend this company. (Tried to add Value but could not get it to add)

Because we have dogs, we need our carpets cleaned regularly. We had ours done yesterday. Dry today and look great. The job was handled professionally and timely. I would recommend this service wholeheartedly and will certainly ask them again next time.

So far not good! Carpet extremely wet. They are bringing a fan. The last time we used the company they did a better job. They also scratched our porcelain toilet on both sides when cleaning the bathroom. The owner is supposed to come by tomorrow. I will update as the situation is addressed .

Jeff was at my door within 20 mins of my call to get my dirty rug! My dogs had really done a number on it. This was a handmade rug and it was huge and a pain to move. Jeff offered to cut it into two, smaller rugs for a nominal fee. So I did. The binding looked great and you'd never know these were once one rug! The rugs are spic and span and some of the loose parts have even been repaired. They were delivered to my door by an adorable young man named Quentin who was prompt and polite. The service took some time as they were very busy for the holidays. And I paid quite a bit for this service, but it was well worth it. Thanks so much guys!
