BE Healthy Corner

There's no downside to showing up early. Take Wednesdy, when we arrived about 10 minutes before happy hour at Seared. With nothing better to do, we wandered into BE Healthy Corner, noting it wasn't on Yelp. The owners were there, sweet people, they gave us a little tour of the place and I thought, huh, someday soon, I'll probably need these supplements.Basically a scaled-down version of Natural Grocers -- without the groceries -- the place is fairly stocked with homeopathic remedies, essential oils, organic products for your kitchen and your body, they also claim to own the largest selection of herbal remedies in the state. As an amateur chef, I appreciated their collection of fresh cooking herbs, many of which I'd never used or even heard of.Ten minutes nicely adventured. As we left, anxious for appetizers and discount drinks, our seven year-old said, and I quote, "That was the most boring store I've ever been in." Someday soon, kid, it won't be.

New ownership. Excellent variety of supplements and herbs. I purchased eye drops and other natural remedies. The new owner was very helpful and knew her product well. Very impressed with the selection of bulk herbs. The owner allowed me to try a cup of hot dandy blend tea. I will likely purchase on my next visit.
