Top notch service all the way. They installed a new lift and it is so nice and quiet! My niece needed a emergency call too. Tony fixed her garage door the same day she called and did it for no charge. Can highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend BDC Door, Tony the Tech installed a new opener I had purchased. He was on time, friendly and did a great job on the install. The communication from the office for scheduling was great as well. Thanks BDC !

I've used BDC Door ABQ, reliably for many years. However, this time was different, unfortunately. They installed a Liftmaster last October (2021). The remote sensors stopped working. BDC said they don't offer a warranty! Last Friday morning the tech thought he had fixed it, but had to come back later that afternoon. He couldn't fix it, so gave me my check back. He said they would call me Monday for prices on new operators. The tech (a nice guy) did help me by installing a lock, which gave me some relief that the garage door was secure at night. But I was stuck lifting the garage door all weekend to come and go. Monday morning I called the company - a lady said she would call me back with prices. They never called me back. I called another company (Windsor Door), who quickly figured out that the problem was the travel gauge - A $30 part. He also noticed my cables were frayed, and he replaced them. So instead of being out another $400, my bill was half that. But my nerves were frayed by the lack of completion and indifference by BDC.I know people are busy these days and it's the middle of a long, hot summer.

Great service from initial phone call to the completion of repairs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Not sure why all of the negative reviews - we had BDC install three new garage doors for us and they did a fantastic job at a great price. Since then, we had to call for service after I backed into one of the doors, and they sent someone out that same day. I cannot recommend BDC more highly!

The man that came out to install my garage door was quite a bit later than the time I was told. Also I called the office a few times and it took forever to get an answer back in a timely manner.

I wish there were minus number reviews. The VERY VERY RUDE female on the phone said the part would be ordered a week ago and would call me with the status. I had to call every time and after a week she said she "hasn't got around to it yet." I asked her when she would and she said "When I get around to it."Fortunately they are too incompetent to bill for the examination service call, which they will never get.I will try to get a hold of the manager. They probably don't care about reviews.LET THE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!

I contacted BDC Door along with two other companies to give me a quote on replacing the garage door at my home. BDC Door was very competitive in their quote. I went to the office and was given excellent information by the manager about the door and door opener. The receptionist was very pleasant when I made the appointment to replace the door. The installer was very professional in replacing the door.. I am very pleased with the quality of the garage door and the workmanship and recommend will BDC Door to others.
