They stopped taking calls also when I tried to have them come replace the baseboard wood Carl re-installed twice.

Worker tore my curtain and they refused to replace it, actually didn't refuse they just stopped taking my calls.
The blue is the hot and the cold is the red. I have to remember to tell new caregivers so they don't get burned or burn my mom

This company has been Bath Makeover of Phoenix, Axiom solutions and now Bath Planet. Took 2 years and three months to finish and fix( which both bathrooms were demoed over more than once). After 2 years finally turned them into ROC and stuff got finished. They did half ass job with painting over damage that they did to our walls. And of course they will not return my call. Shit company. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Unfortunately you have to give a star in order to leave comment.

Do not EVER DEAL WITH BathPlanet in Albuquerque New Mexico!!I had them to put In a "jet" bathroom tub on 10/19/2020. Since then I have had only problems. They send out tech's trying to fix the issue of "jets" not working & said it a "pump". Since then I've had to call once a week trying to get them to respect our contract. Yesterday I again called & after multiple phone forwarding they contacted me with a Supervisor. I again received no help & the rep refused to give me her name & THEN HUNG UPThe tub I bought was fairly expensive, cause of my disability I bought this one cause of the jets.I informed whoever I was talking that I believe they are not acting in "good faith" to our contract, that's when I was hung up on.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CALL THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE RUDE & REFUSE TO MAKE GOOD ON THEIR CONTRACTS!!!!!

In my experience of dealing with contractors I have always be given good service until I met with Adrian. He was overall calm and quick to the needs that I mentioned in our previous conversation. He gave an honest quote and expressed a swift understanding of any other options I may have.He's doing great!

We recently had a walk-in shower plus a tub and shower redone using the latest acrylic materials that simulate marble, but without the upkeep. The process was incredible to watch as it only took them 1 day for each remodel. Their workmanship, and professionalism was top notch. The only downside is that our water bill may increase due to increased times spent in our beautiful new showers!

I was impressed with the sales and customer service at first. It took more than a day to install the shower. The worker Carl was not pleasant and his work was sloppy. He installed the shower handle incorrectly. He installed a wooden baseboard at the shower entrance and had to replace it but the second one started doing the same thing almost immediately. I waited a couple of days like he advised both times before using it but it came loose both times. Ben said I would get a check for the curtain after the job was done but that person stopped taking my calls after it was finished. My advice is to skip Bath Planet and go with professionals in Albuquerque.

Called for a quote, the gentleman showed up. Told me that he was the wrong person for them to send out and I'd be receiving a call for the correct guy to come in a few days. Never received a follow upA local contractor was able to do the job for me. Very cheap and very well. I do not recommend big names like this

Bath Planet of New Mexico was contracted to do a total remodel of both of our bathrooms at our home in northeast Albuquerque, NM. The contract totals $33,000.00.It took months to complete the total project because of the supply chain issues everyone was dealing with this past year. Finally the project was completed and we have had the use of the bathrooms for a few months. While using the hall bathroom, the new toilet which they had recently installed moved about 25 to 30 degrees counter clockwise on the floor. I was shocked, and I immediately contacted them to come out and look at it.The project manager, and a family member in training, came out and examined it and pronounced that there was a faulty closet flange beneath the toilet. No kidding. He indicated that they were not responsible for faulty toilet flanges, although he agreed that someone should have seen the bad flange and brought it to our attention before they mounted the new toilet. He left with the toilet dismounted and said we could not use the new toilet that is now just resting on the floor. He supposedly contacted his boss. He called back to say that they would do nothing to correct the situation. They are, after all, not responsible for faulty toilet flanges even though it is impossible to do a correct toilet installation on a bad flange. If I wanted them to contract with someone else to fix it at my expense, he would be willing to contract with some real plumbers. Why didn't they do that before they mounted the toilet? Instead they ignored it.I am out the use of our toilet in the hall bathroom which is what we would have our guests use... It will now cost me to contract a professional to fix their mismanaged installation.I am beyond irate. So much for Bath Planet's warranty on a $33,000.00 project.Beware of Bath Planet. I will continue to search for someone in the company who hopefully may give a crap.

six months ago i had bathplanet install a newn shower in my home in albuquerque. recently, when in had a minor problem with the installation, i discovered that the franchise had been sold to another owner.i tracked down where the new dealer was located and gave them a visit. initially they told me they were not responsible for work done by the former franchisee. as the conversation progresses they agreed to come to my home on august 14th, when they wouldn fix the problem. they never showed uo.i have contacted the corporate office for bathplanet, but i am notn makink nmuch progress with them.there new number is (505) 738-6991. also i was gicven the cell phone number of their manager, which is (505) 489-7766. they are not answering my calls.my name is david clifford and i live in albuquerque, nm. it would help me alot if peope who dislike this type of situation, that they call these numbers and be a supporter of my cause. lets not let corporate america get away with not following through with theiir promissed warrantythank you america. be careful in dealing with this company.star rating =1

Terrible customer service. Had soaker tub and shower installed 5/17/21, called 5/18/21 no call back 4 weeks. Tub seat area is 13.5" wide, skid resistant is like coarse sandpaper, shower rod too low (curtain hangs on floor), safety bars too high!!!!still waiting for call back!!!!!
